Jio WIFI didn't have signal

I have porchased Jio wifi card on 08 Sep 2018. Since then I have faced network connectivity issue. There is no network in my area. I have lodged complaint regarding the same (Appellate complaint has been raised with service request number SR00000Q7SFE). I got an email that I have to wait for 120 days to resolve the issue. Since I am not able to use the daily data. My data has been lapsed and company is not providing the roll over. Could you please look into this
