With due respect, I the undersigned that I am actual buyers of Flats in KLJ Heights, Bahadurgarh, would like to bring to your kind notice that the KLJ Developer private limited KLJ Complex-1 B-39 Plot no 70 Shivaji Marg (Najafgarh Road) New Delhi-110015 had charged 2.5 % vat (Rs 71726/-) at the time of possession of flat A5/302.
With reference their latter dated 27.04.2017 they again demand the vat of Rs 27970 being 1 % of the total sale consideration and Rs 41594/- being 1.50% of total sale consideration in fixed deposit on my name but a lien may be marked in the name of KLJ Developer Private Limited.
Against that letter I filled a complaint in Deputy Commissioner Jhajjar Haryana. On 22.05.2017 the decision comes in my favors, but till Date Company not refunds that amount.
I request you to please instruct the company to refund my excess amount with interest of 15% per annum. ‘

Proceedings of the ‘Allottees Grievances Redressal Fourm’ Meeting held on 22.05.2017 at 11.00 AM under the Chairmanship of Worthy Deputy Commissioner, Jhajjar.
At the outset, the Worthy Deputy Commissioner welcomed the representative of various companies and complainants present in the meeting. Thereafter, the complainants were heard one by one and decision taken in each case as below:-
• Sh. Nitya Nand Sinha:
Nitya Nand Sinha has complained against HL Promotor Pvt. Ltd. of sector 37, Bahadurgarh that the company is cheating the customers by increasing sale area from the genuine calculated sale area of flats and taking the increased amount from the customers.
It has been decided by the Forum that ADC, Jhajjar will enquire the matter and submit the enquiry report within three months.
• Sh. Sourabh Jain:
The complaint is against the KLJ Developers Pvt. Ltd., sector 15, Bahadurgarh:-

4. Construction of 60 mtr. road The road is to be constructed by HUDA and not by the colonizer.
