I have purchased the solar system with 4 panels with double battery with an inverter on 22/06/16 and it was installed and was working fine as said by the dealer and Luminos engineer visited my home. Now I am facing a problem that I am not getting back-up for 2 hrs by using one single ceiling fan with 3 led bulbs. I made a complaint with Luminos customer cell and got the ticket number 4005720407 on 18th May 2018. Since now no one called me nor visited me.
Now I wanted the complete solution for the back-up problem, else kindly remove all these equipment and return my money back. I will go for consumer or police help if you are not looking into this matter ASAP. Thanks
