I visited Nexa Thane Godhbunder road on 6th May 2018 noon time for Baleno. I am interested to buy.
But I didn’t not get right attention there.
As a customer my first experience with Nexa was not good at all.
Baleno as well as Scross both cars were not in display in showroom. When we asked they told that it is in workshop and go there.
After a long wait in workshop they attended us and that was also not as enthusiastic as a sales person should be. Temperature under the shed in workshop was also touching 40 degrees. They did not even asked for water.
Is it the way Nexa work?
