Mobikwik Fraud Company_Pathetic Service_Amount locked


This is to inform you that i had recharged to my Mobikwik wallet with Rs.7000/- to make a payment to Merchant. However, your app is giving option only to Add Money but not option to transfer money to merchant nor back to amount.
I have writing to your support from 5th of November and i have not received proper response. Unfortunately you do not have support number to contact.
It is so irritating for a customer to see your response time as 7 working and response from Nodal officer is 21 business working days. Its so shameful for a company to keep a support ike this. This shows your level of company.
This is very cheaper than any LALA Company . I will never use your application again and I will ensure any of my friends or family should not use your application.
I will raise a complaint in Consumer Forum if the issue ( Reverse back to account) is not resolved within 5 working days.
