Naukri.com not providing service but taking money

I have purchased the "RecruiterConnection – 20 credits – 6 months" package from Naukri.com on 13-June via TRANSACTION ID is 180613TS5000911.
But one day later(ie 14-June) when I am trying to use the service the message pop-up shows "You have already reached the maximum allowed limit of 30 messages per month. You cannot contact any more recruiters this month. Please try again next month."
Whereas my profile shows that nearly all of those Recruiter Connection credits are still outstanding on my profile.
This is really pathetic and deplorable service from Naukri…wherein they have taken the money, and not letting me use the services. Further on calling customer care, they rudely reply we cannot refund you the money also…
No wonder, Naukri’s reputation and standing is consistently going down and it is steadily loosing market share.
Naukri Team… I want my money back
