I have taken Master Distributorship for RAICHUR DISTRICT from above mentioned company on 20th Jan 2017, as it was an new company I had introduced to very few people to check its performance, speed of its APP and web based service is very very slow(CURRENT ALSO), initally all recharges were sucessful, eventully from April 2017 there was problem with e-recharge, few of them were failure till May 2017.
Since from June 2017 totally all e-recharges were failure only.
From May 2017 Mr. Naveen was not at all responding to our calls and when Distributor and Retailers Started complaining about failure of E-recharges than I had provided company cell no’s to them, Even to Distributors and Retailers initially he attended the call twice or so, but there after He totally NEGLETED our calls till date,
Over e-mail we informed our problem and asked them to rectify the issue or else pay back our balance amount which is in our account, on this they have sent an e-mail asking our Bank Account Details.
We have provided our Bank Account Details on 19/06/2017 by e-mail, till date we are yet to receive our Amount which is in our E-Recharge Pool Account.
The fun is We are not able to sell E-Recharges nor our amount is been credited to our Bank Account.
I request all the Citizens of INDIA not to take / maintain any kind relation or Business Association with this company.
