O GENERAL Not getting proper after sells service of 1.2 ton split ac

In 18.05.2019 i buy a 1.2 ton O General ac from Great Eastern of (address- 15B Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata, West Bengal 700020). My ac starts creating cooling problem from 16.05.2020. After that in 17.05.2020 and 18.05.2020 I lodged repeated complaints to the complain email address on the invoice bill. On amidst of lockdown I lodged this complain to claim the warranty. On June 1th after calling and emailing number of times one technician came to examine my ac and wanted the installation handbill and refused to give under warranty service without it. After that I call the executive of Great Eastern Mr.Debajyoti Roy (number-9748199882) he told me to wait for some days for technician visit again. After 7 days of waiting I received a call and Mr.Roy told me that the installation handbill is necessary to claim installation hand bill. But their was no installation hand bill was given to me at the time of installation. He also told that their is no registration of my product on O General website. I shocked to know about that and for this consequence no company verified person come to my place for installation and as a result I got no installation handbill. On the other hand Mr.Roy told me that Great Eastern send their local technician to install it.
After knowing that I called on the toll free number of O General ac services and send my all bill details to the WhatsApp number of them. Within 2 days they call back me and told me that that installation handbill is necessary to claim the warranty.
Now I am helpless and forced to repair my ac by local technicians with the expense of very high price.
