I am left disgusted and ashamed with the OLA ride i had this morning where the driver refused to take a 300 meters turn to drop my 4 years old daughter to her school. He denied my multiple requests even when I said that i’ll pay extra. He then called the customer care to confirm the same where the executive did not communicate the things either to me or to the driver and hung the call. Driver on top of it was extremely rude, impolite and unprofessional. HE SHOWED NO SIGN OF COURTESY OR APOLOGY. AND SO THE INSULTING CUSTOMER CARE.
Ola, lets be courteous to women passengers and kids along. I strongly feel that this act of yours is not acceptable as it brings along a lot of embarrassment, humiliation and inconvenience to my 4 years old daughter.
Ola is domestic to India and this is what you bring to your citizens and future citizens of the country. SHAMELESS and DISGRACEFUL. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND A SHAMEFUL ACT.
