oyo Fraud about booking

I booked hotel in Jodhamal Palace(OYO41669) between 2 Nov to 4 Nov 2019 in Katra. On reaching the hotel , hotel is denying the check in saying they didn’t receive my booking or payment and hotel is asking to contact oyo for refund. But I am not at all getting any response from oyo. Please Help me out for the issue. I attached the booking confirmation
