I had made booking on Oyo Rooms with Booking ID: BEZW1740 wherein Check-In date was 27th Dec’19 & Check-Out was 30th Dec’19. Oyo has cancelled booking on their end without any request for same from my side and are now informing that their system shows the Booking has been cancelled by me. This is blatant lie and cheating by the Company as my plans for visit are still on and now I am in a quandary. Further, to add insult to injury they are charging quandary Cancellation Charges: Rs 1787 out of total booking amount. I spoke with their customer care & multiple times asked them to provide proof that cancellation was done on my end but she was clueless regarding same. After much discussion the operator assured me that my problem will be solved and gave me complain ID 24783950. However, just 15 min after I have received whatsapp msg that balance amount is being refunded to me. I request Oyo to either honour their committment and provide me with accomodation or at! least refund the full amount if same is not possible.
P.S. Request to all potential customers. Never ever use or Trust Oyo. I have used all other sites such as makemytrip, cleartrip, goibibo and never faced such situation. Please trust them to not spoil your vacation plans. Aseem Srivastava
