Oyorooms Refund fraud

I have had really bad experience on Oyo. I booked a room on 16th of September 2018. On cancelling that my refund was initiated which I haven’t received till the date. Today is 1st of December and oyo Customer care keeps on telling me that refund is done from their side but they are not taking any responsibility for the transaction that I haven’t received. They just provided me with an ARN number and asked me to contact my bank. Bank has denied taking any responsibility and this Oyo care is not replying to the mails I am sending them. It’s not only about money but also about reliability for which I grade them zero. I don’t know what should I do now, please help
