PAYTM GATEWAY efund not received via paytm gateway

Dear Sir/Madam,

I tried booking train tickets through my android mobile twice on 04/01/2019 and 05/01/2019 and the transaction was done through paytm debit card payment gateway. On both the occasions, the money got deducted from my account but tickets did not get booked. I had contacted IRCTC, they told me that the payment did not go through from the payment gateway.
