Personal loan Wrong information

On 4th May 2018 I Applied for Personal Loan My Application No: 1524818 and it was also Sanctioned on same day even my Account Verification was done, Bank Statement was uploaded as per the Requirment along AdharCard and Pancard Number. Later on there was no any update or any kind of Communication from Aditya Birla Finance. I Called them on 6th May, Agent Replied Saying that it will take more time asked me to Check my Loan Status by Sending Message to 567679 but still there no responce after this. Again I Called up on 8th May spoke to a Lady she said that Field Verification is Pending it will take some more time you will get call from the Field Agent whenever they will Visit but there was no call from anyone I also informed that i will be on vacation will there be a problem she replied saying that there will be no problem. Today i again Called to check the Status spoke to Danish he said that my Loan has been rejected and said that i cant say the Reason why it was rejected he a!
lso said that for Field Verfication agent do not call to the loan applier they directly visit the place and Verfiy and on basis of that my loan was rejected. I asked him to transffer the Call to Supervisor ( Team Leader: Sandeep Omkar ) he said that he is not available i need to call back again after half hr if i want to talk to him.
THIS IS HOW THIS ADITYA BIRLA FINANCE BEHAVE AND GIVES WRONG INFORMATION. POOR IN SERVICE, POOR IN QUALITY, AND VERY BAD FINANCE COMPANY EVER SEEN.
