pvvnl Wrong bill of electricity consumption

PVVNL has resorted to unethical means by issuing me a wrong bill on RDF basis for the billing period from 06/10/2018 to 08/11/2018 against my account Id 6834962000 even though my meter is working fine and easily accessible to all as it is located in the common area of my society GAIL Apartments in B Block, sector-62, Noida. Present meter reading as recorded in the bill as of 8th Nov’ 2018 is 53556 which is even less than the previous reading of 54112 of 06/10/2018 and hence the bill has been generated on RDF basis whereas the present reading as checked today on 9th Nov’ 2018 is 54360.
PVVNL has thus issued me an inflated bill for consumption of 412 units on RDF basis whereas actual consumption is only 248 units only. When I tried to register my complaint today on 1912 toll free number, I have been informed that application on their server is down and instead gave me number of concerned SDO Sh. Prem Raj (Mob. No. 9193330440) to contact for rectification. However, the mobile number as usual is not accessible and hence as a last resort I am posting my complaint on this platform and hope that concerned authority will take notice of this malpractice of PVVNL and take suitable action against the concerned.
