Relaince Digital Refund amount

I had ordered bluesstar window AC from relaince store Jodhpur
Payment of RS 29014 was done through RTGS, on 31 st march 2018, on terms with the staff named VIRENDER SINGH that the product will be delivered by evening of 1 st april The product was not delivered on time
And no information was provided that it would be delayed
Further I had to cancel the order because I was moving out of the town for 1 month, Virender Singh was aware of my moving out Virender Singh told me that the amount will be refunded to the same account After 5 days , he asked for the cancelled cheque for the refund process I gave a cancelled cheque on 13 April due to some constraints , But till now I haven’t received my refund
There is no status update to me regarding the refund process The manager goes on say I can’t do anything it takes time N
Virender Singh stops answering to my calls
And says we don’t pick up customers phone
It shows poor show of the staff of your store in Jodhpur
Request plz look in to the matter
