SAI NIRMAN HUB Unauthorized shop in cellar parking for G+2 approved residential flats

Dear Sir,

I am resident of Flat 201, SAI NIRMAN HUB, Kakatiya Hills, Opp INCOIS Road, Near Pragathi nagar elephant circle, Hyderabad -500090.
I want to bring the notice regarding an unauthorized shop(S-1) in cellar parking area for G+2 approved flats which comes under Medchal-Malkajgiri (Dist), Bachupally (village & Mandal). And Initially, the shop was demolished under the stage of construction but builder managed somehow with bribe and at last it was registered with below details. However, all the flat owners of 8 did not noticed and hence completed the registration process without aware. I am kindly requesting the concerned authorities to have a scrutiny on this unauthorized commercial and take required action. Because of this, allotted car parking by builder is unequal and so congested.
