This is Rajesh Kumar, regards to the complaint of your Samsung Handset Model number (SM-J710FZWUINS), bearing serial number (RZ8H71DXDRH),IMEI NO-359473072975556,BILL NO-4233654358.MY phone repaired at samsung care center several times,after that also problem not solved.now its got problem again and again.i complained about it,that is major quality issue and requested for its rectification. may be this particularly a defected piece.i don’t need any extend warranty,coz i have already extended 1 more years insurance at reliance digital.after using handset ,i always got many problem,coz a defected mobile.since last 3 month i visited many time to samsung care but my handset problem not solved,coz of i am having lots of problem,therefore I complained about it , that it is major Quality issue and requested for its rectification as it was in Warranty. But again no positive response from their end .I Already Used 3 no’s of Samsung mobile . But this time Just got fed-up with this specific mobile model. I just want to replace My Mobile With a new one or a higher specific models.
I have not expected such a âPOOR QUALITYâ from such a big brand like âSamsungâ. This HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE of repairing a poor quality mobile and then no positive response on my complaint has made me believe that Samsung is not trusted brand anymore.
paid a huge amount trusting that it is a big brand and would not cheat its customers….so i kindly grant to me DOA for this handset with any other specific model.
