This is to inform you that i purchased Samsung mobile A-51 on 03/06/2020 which stop working on 15/06/2020. Due to office work i submitted that mobile to nearest service centre ( D-1, Sector 3 , Noida, UTTAR PRADESH, 201305) on 17/06/2020. After some day they told me to submit cheque and other detail to provide new mobile due to part not available. But After some days when i called to service centre to check status they told me that they repairing my mobile and part is available now After repairing and quality test they will provide mobile. When they called me to collect i found defect in mobile set again. I am using Samsung mobile since last 15 years, but this time i will not going to tell anyone to go for Samsung due to this quality of product which stops working in this short period of time and also this type of service behaviour from service centre Now below is my concern.
1) Why i receive repaired phone two or three times in 20 days.
2) What is the guarantee that it will not stop working again in this guarantee period.
3) Do you provide in written that it will not stop again and if you will replace with new one.
