SBI Main Branch Ballia U.P. ill treatment by bank officials and abstain from duty

I m a customer of your bank since many years and i m writing this to bring before you what you may not be aware of.I have visited your Kharasra branch of Ballia dist.a couple of times and i must say that i have not received any good gesture from your employees.Your manager,or any other lower division staff are not actually interested in serving customers and are more interested in serving themselves.This brings out bad name to the bank.The Facts Now- I was in this mentioned branch for withdrawl of cash through withdrawl form but did not receive the amount i wanted to the reason stated was cash crunch .also the behaviour of the banking staff towards the customers is not professional.they make the senior citizen move from this counter to that counter which is really sad and pathetic .if any relevant information is asked for they say i dont know.there is no extra counter for the senior citizen and all are made to stand in the same line as others. i was also charged for KYC !
form and E-KYC as well ..this was beyond explaination .I request you to please take note of my complaint like a responsible citizen and a responsable bank officer and solve this issues as soon as possible.
