Service Worst service of Videocon d2h

This is very irritating that I recharged RS 1000 to my Videocon d2h on 29/06/19 my id is 48048650 I have multiple TV but after 1hrs my TV not start always give insufficient balance then I complain in costomer care on next day 01/07/19 they send us one engineer their engineer say this not box problem he tell to costomer care for refresh then on 01/07/19 at 6pm one TV start but next TV not start I complain meny times to costomer care but neither their engineer come nor any dispute clear by them they only take complain today 6/07/19 till now they are only joking and talk like foolish but daily they cut money .I already complain every where but till now resolution not done
They are cheating to us they feel costomer are fool they only sit their to disturbing us. I advice everyone please not buy Videocon d2h they are fraud.
