I had ordered “COSMIC ELDORADO 1.0L 21 SPEED MTB BICYCLE MATTGOLD-PREMIUM EDITION” on 14th December – 2017, with Order ID: 20608466807..
All of sudden on 19th December – 2017 I received SMS from SnapDeal that my product is been delivered, which in real is never delivered to me, so immediately tried to call several times on SnapDeal helpline numbers but was never able to connect to them .. “i.e – 0124 6255500 & 9212692126 “ so complained online (Complain Reference no: 45201030 ).. also have mailed to help center about the status ( Query Reference Number – 45205687 ) from where I get auto generated reply that ((We are pleased to work on your concern and will reply to you within the next 24 hours.)) & ((. We are eager to resolve your concerns and will contact you within a maximum of 48 hours. We’ll either call you from 0124 6255500* or email you regarding your request. ))
And today again … i.e. on 20th December – 2017 receive auto generated email saying that (We are already working on your query. We assure you that we will respond to you within next 6 business days from the time of complaint raised. )
So that is 2 days + 6 more working days just to respond ? then howmuch more to solve ? How tolerable is this ? Hope to get my issue sorted out as quick as possible.
