Snapdeal – Good girl perfume Defect product received but snapdeal not showing interest in refund or replace

Dear All,

I ordered good girl blue from snapdeal, Order ID: 28168223674, Placed On 26 Apr, 2019.

I received the order and i recorded the unboxing and found that the product is damaged, without hesitation i complained immediately and snapdeal accepted to refund price since they have that as option.

two days passed i received a message some person named Saravanan was allocated for pick up, he arrived and explained that snapdeal procedure has changed, as he needs his manager approval. he left by assuring to collect the damaged product by very next day.

The next day i received a message stating that i ignored to deliver the product and willing to take back the product. Also i get messages like snapdeal executives tried to reach my number.
i really don’t know why these delivery agents are furnishing wrong information, and also i never received any call except a message to give missed call to 7303761785 to confirm pick up.

Now this monday – 13/05/2019 another agent (Vadivelan – 8610597565) has been assigned but still no response from him, if i tried to reach him also he keeps on disconnecting. i wrote several mails none bothers from snapdeal.

This kind of fake deals are happening only in snapdeal, dont ever buy in snapdeal, pakka frauds. All the products are copy cat and worst delivery.

Even i have unboxing video as proof.
