snapdeal Un Professionalism

I had ordered the Laptop Battery based on the reviews and found that I is compatible to my laptop. On arriving I found that I is not fit for my laptop so I asked for replacement. Please make a note that I did not ask for a refund. I just want to have a replaced product that would suit to my laptop. Snapdeal did neither respond to my emails not their vendors who supplied me a battery. They rudely told that the policy does not allow them to replace. Now I am living with the Battery which is useless for me for no reason. But one thing I have made up mind "NEVER RETURN TO SNAPDEAL FOR ANY PURCHASE AND KEEP WARNING PEOPLES ABOUT THIS UN PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR"
