Snapdeal/ Vulcan courier purchased product not delivered but d status is showing delivered

I hv ordered one power bank. My order id is "24117204181"…ordered on "15th oct.2018"…via online payment. The product was not being delivered 2 me where ss d status showing "item delivered" on 29th oct. I communicated wid all my family members n neighbours about d receipt of d product but none has any clue about d delivery…so i shouted a POD ()proof of delivery) and asked dem aboit not calling or intimating me about d delivery despite having my registeredmobile no wid dem. I complained 2 snapdeal about d same dat evng itslf as soon as i got d "sms of delivery".. n snapdeal generated a "ref no" of "51170638" dated "29th oct".against my complaint n asked 4 a wait tym of max 7 business days..evn aftr hving no response frm their end i peridiocally communicated snapdeal via e mail n in evry reply they asked for a wsit tym of 2 more worling days…but f problem remained un i am escalating d mtr!
2 consumer forum 2 hlp me either 2 get my product or a regund for d prepaid undelivered product
I even complained about d mtr 2 d vulcan courier complaint section.
The item name is "King 10400-MAh Li-ion power bank"…"colour silver" Status showing "delivered" but i did not recieve…n shouted for a POD or refund for d same
