My complaint is regarding about your customers service, your bank staff are not helpful and they need more training on how to communicate with the customer, and they should know they are working for the customer and there duty is to solve there customer problem, not to show there attitude towards the customer. Special to the person who is controlling counter no 1.
So, I would really like you to teach you staff, how to behave with there customer, so that we can all ready to help each other in future.
