sun direct payment done through online but no proper responce from the sun dircet still witing ……..

I order new connection through Sun direct online on 13/05/2018 after succeful transaction of the money still now they are not at all coming for instalation and if i vcalled to custoomer care they are not responding properly and they dont have any answer and they dont have any idea about the instalation .
I wrote e mail to customer care to but they dont have time to repaly at least .I dont know why they given such e mail address if they are not replay .WORST/PATHETIC EXPERENCE FROM THE SUN DIRECT DISH TV .planing to take other one.
