SUN DTH subscription package

Dear team,
This is Naresh from Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh),i purchased Sun Direct (18/02/15),i feel its very good and i re-commanded to my family,friends & colleagues,they purchased with my reference.
But main problem is my subscription expired on 23/04/17,i checked other networks compare to this that prices very less,that’s why i hold the recharge,22/07/17 (Saturday) i received call from your(Sun Direct) customer care,Caller Name KOTAMMA, she said sir you have offers 678/-(5 months/same your old pack) & 2150/- (1 year/same your old pack),once again i asked clearly this amounts you are told Telugu Cinema + Sports ?,she replied clearly yes sir,if u have doubt please check call records,that’s why i recharge 678/- for 5 months my old pack,
But its not my pack,its came normal pack,then immediately i call to your customer service & i explained,they agree and said sorry sir its my mistake please keep in this pack,then i asked why you are cheating customers please give to call your super visor they said my super visor come 12 pm please call after 12 pm,i called and asked my problem they hold my phone,i cut and try again,one lady lift my call and that lady also immediately cut my phone,next i am trying few times but your team not responding,this total conversation i recorded my phone,then i am trying your online chat team,they also not responding,that’s why i sent in live chat i will go to consumer court under cheating case section 420,462 & 464
If you solve my problem or not,other wise i will go to consumer court
i am waiting for his response (his means – NODAL OFFICER-ANDHRA PRADESH & TELANGANA-Mr.YV. REDDY
