I have reachaged 2 time for Rs. 110/- Each for Aircel mobile no. 8751983227
But received reachage failure as network error but payment yet not refunded in my account.
Reg : Balance deduction from my Prepaid Sim 8898601342 as well as on 8898848565
Every day i was getting unnecessary services activated on Contact.
Since in last 4 days around i have lost more than 70 Rs Balance.
I request to deactivate all value added services from my contact either i need to switch to an another option for my betterment,
Expecting positive revert on my contact no soon.
I am just not able to make calls and send messages from my Aircel number. I am so much frustrated right now. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I am prepaid customer of Aircel having my mobile no.9097246478, I have recharged on 08.04.2017 for Rs.249.00 but till today I have not making any local call and not received any data whereas information provided by Aircel is all local call free & 500 mb data free for 28 days, but I have not received anything till today.
I have already many time calling & also sending mail to Aircel customer care but not giving any proper reply to us.
So you are requested please forward to Aircel and take a necessary action regarding this recharge otherwise my recharges amount credit back in my main balance as soon as possible.
On April 12, 2017, night, I received a message from Aircel like "Thank you for choosing Video Store Fortnight at Rs. 35.0. You have been charged Rs. 35.0 for 7 days. To unsubscribe SMS STOP to 155223,” but I did not activated the product. Please deactivate the unwanted service and refund the amount ASAP in my main balance. Please do not give such unnecessary headaches to your long time customer.
I got unwanted subscription and my balance got deducted.
