Aircel Could not transfer number to other network

I have raised a request to change my number to other network on 15-12-2017. They have said it took 7 days to process. But after 7 days i have called them (after several times of trial – custom care picked my phone) on 22-12-2017.
1) On my 1st call to Customer Care Representative – They have said my request was cancelled i have to go to nearby service centre to proceed that
2) 2nd call – In service centre they declained that and ask again to call customer care for clarification or again raise a request
3) 3rd call to CCR – It will be resolved on 26th. Your number will be removed on 26-12-2017.
4) Again 27th 4th Call – Repeated the same and 28th 12pm you will be relived from aircel
5) Same again 28th 2.00pm – The 5th CCR asked he needs 36hours to do or again go to airtel service centre to process the same

I really had great great great disappointment with you AIRCEL guys. Your network was dead slow. Your customer care was very poor.
Just leave me from your network.

Aircel Mobile number portability issues

My number 9842462731 . Iam trying to switch from aircel to jio. I had received port number . But every time I request to change from aircel to jio , aircel rejected reason pending dues. But on 21 Dec 2017 , i paid the pending dues , and i also paid in excess. I also had security deposit . I having excess amount on 31.12.2017. i have been rejected 3 time in a row. ievery time i request to change they the aircel simply reject my request by simply saying pending dues. This is not fair aircel. U have to do what customer prefers. I need a solution. I need to port out from aircel. Give me a solution aircel.

Aircel DON'T GET RECHARGE BENEFIT AND PORTING BLOCK

My self Ankita Ghosh, on 7th January 2018 as per your portal recharge plan recharge my mothers no 7031294279 by 198 and getting msg from your side "Aircel PI 198 Recharge is Successful. Benefit: 20GB 3G/2G Data. Validity-30 Days. Data Balance check *143*1#". getting this msg at 21.22 hrs on 7th Jan. 2018. but not don’t get benefit and your customer care representative tell me you will get 1.5GB. My complain is if I know get 1.5gb data in 198 recharge then obviously don’t recharge my no. now I am feeling cheated by aircel due to as per your portal recharge benefit recharge my no but don’t get benefit. ALSO ANOTHER COMPLAIN IS WHY PORTING MSG BLOCK BY AIRCEL IN MY NO? WANT TO PORT MY NO. FROM ANKITA GHOSH/CONTACT NO 9933007861.
