Aircel Not Activating After receiving Payments

My number 7299922012 was barred for outgoing and incoming.

I called phone banking customer care executive on Friday from my another aircel number 7299922013 to know the reason but your customer care executive and the next level superior was able to explain me the reason why it was barred.
Hence I had to make a visit to aircel center at Keelkattalai. There was lady who told me to pay something around 350 to enable the outgoing facility immediately. I asked for the details but she was unable to explain me the details.
AS I HAD TO MAKE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT USING THE OTP WHICH WILL BE RECEIVED IN THE NUMBER, I IMMEDIATELY PAID THE AMOUNT THOUGH I DONR KNOW THE REASON.
AFTER PAYMENT, THAT LADY TOLD ME IT WILL BE ACTIVATED AFTER 4 HOURS.
I GOT IRRITATED AND ASKED HER WHY. SHE TOLD ME A STORY THAT SHE HAD TO SEND EMAIL TO OTHER TEAM AND ALL.
I ASKED HER TEN TIMES WHAT SHOULD I DO IF ITS NOT ACTIVATED AND WHY CAN’T YOU DO THIS NOW ITSELF. SHE REPEATEDLY TOLD THAT IT WILL BE DONE IN 4 HOURS. I ASKED HER TO WRITE IT IN THE PAYMENT RECEIPT AND GIVE ME, BUT SHE REFUSED.
ITS 11.30 PM NOW, AND THE NUMBER IS NOT ACTIVATED TILL NOW. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE THAT FELLOW FORWARDED THE CALL TO POSTPAID CUSTOMER CARR EXECUTIVE.
I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION WITH THE CCE Jegadeesh. HE ASKED ME TO TALK TO PREPAID CCE. I TOLD HIM THAT I CALLED THEM ONLY AND THEY FORWARDED THIS TO YOU. HE AGAIN AND AGAIN TOLD THE SAME WORDS.
I ASKED HIM TO FORWARD THE CALL TO THE SAME PERSON BUT HE TOLD THAT HE CANT DO
SO I ASKED HIM TO ESCALATE THE CALL TO NEXT LEVEL, HE PUT ME ON HOLD AND THEN TOLD ME THAT HIS SUPERIOR IS BUSY. I WAS NOT SURE WHY HIS SUPERIOR REFUSED TO TALK TO ME.
AS MY NUMBER IS NOT ACTIVATED YET AFTER COLLECTING MONEY FROM ME, I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THE OTP AND MISSED THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT.
NONE OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE AND SHOWROOM EXECUTIVE ARE CARING CUSTOMER AND TRYING TO RESOLVE ISSUES.
I ASKED JAGDEESH TO PROVIDE ME THE DETAIL TO RAISE A COMPLAINT, HE CONTINUALLY REFUSING TO PROVIDE THE DETAILS. I AS SHOCKING TO KNOW THAT HOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE BASIC DETAILS.

Aircel Unauthorised deduction

Dear Customer (Bshukla2),

We would like to inform you that you were charged Rs30 for the activation of Nyassa Astrology (Vas service) on 20th March 2017 by SMS mode, post double consent from your end and the same service has been deactivated. Further, as a one-time goodwill gesture, the deducted amount has been initiated from our end and the same will be credited within 48hrs.
