Aircel REFUND of Rs 35 charged against VAS Service

I have just posted a compliant for deduction of Rs 50 on FUN BAZZAR VAS Service and I haven’t been yet refunded, now another message is sent stating Rs 35 has been deducted for subscription of Smigglemobi.
I cannot bare this anymore. I am going to change the service provider for sure if not refunded immediately and going to suggest my friends and family to do so.
I have already stated to STOP any kind of VAS Service for my number!

Aircel Number is disconnected

Good Evening!!!

This is to inform you that my Aircel number "9762472578" is goes in disconnection list. Hence I have called to Aircel Customer care multiple times and come to know that I need to visit Aircel store.
As per CC instruction, I have visited to Aircel store and submitted my documents (Pan card, Aadhar card Xerox and my Color passport size photo) & 200 ₹ for get this Activate. As per store Person it will take up to 25-50 days or may be more that that to get this card activate as he has given me new SIM card (8991804011719747631)& told me that he will call me once SIM card is get activate and after that I need to come to Aircel Store again &need to give him thumb print to get new SIM card Activate.
Here my problem is my entire bank transaction is on Aircel number and due to non working of SIM card I am not getting OTP which fails me to do any online transaction. In that my HDFC net banking account gets disabled due to wrong password typed & as per HDFC I need to reset my IPN and for verification they will send OTP on my AIRCEL number which is not working.
My marriage was done on 8th May 2017 and am unable to make any transaction due to this, as I can not go to ATM everytime as it will charge me 175₹ after certain swaps.
Here I am doing humble request to you team to help me out from this situation as I am handicap due to not working of SIM

Aircel deduction of money without any reason

dear sir
i am using aircel services but i am done with their ridiculous method of earning money, they are constantly deducting my balance and when i complaint about it they reply they cant check my details , its not updated, server down etc thousand reasons. and i bet when they will be able to attend me they will say they cant refund my money as they have policy like refunding the money only in 24 hour which by then would be over. i am fed up with this wrongdoor . Aircell seem to have a bussiness of making my money by deducting balance of its customers. on 17 may between 8:00 to 9:00 my balance was deducted and ws given me a message of deactivating VAS services although i havnt subscribed it. i am a literate person if i have to then i know how to start this service.. thn why they themself do whatevr to earn money. and aftr this when i took loan last night for ann important call… there was left 9 rupees in my accout which this morning on 18 may was deducted before a expired time !
of loan. that is they again disappointed me. since 17 may i have called them almost 5 times but they havent solve my issue.

Aircel Data pack 289 not meeting its promises

I recharged my data pack of 289/- on May 9th 2017. The Aircel pack promises 10gb night + 10gb day, totally 20gb of data. But from the day of recharge and till now, whenever I use internet at night (after 12am) it’s getting charged from my day data balance. I mean, what has happened to the night quota? When I checked the data balance it shows I still hav the complete 10gb left under night quota. I am losing my day data. I also contacted the customer care regarding this, but I didn’t get proper solutions/replies. Please fix this problem.
