Aircel Data pack 289 not meeting its promises

I recharged my data pack of 289/- on May 9th 2017. The Aircel pack promises 10gb night + 10gb day, totally 20gb of data. But from the day of recharge and till now, whenever I use internet at night (after 12am) it’s getting charged from my day data balance. I mean, what has happened to the night quota? When I checked the data balance it shows I still hav the complete 10gb left under night quota. I am losing my day data. I also contacted the customer care regarding this, but I didn’t get proper solutions/replies. Please fix this problem.

I hv recharged rs 155 by freecharge but the result came this like what should I do . Plz assist me
Recharge MRP 155 is successful . TT= 50 INR, New Balance 50.74 INR, P.F 84.78 INR, Service.Tax 20.22 INR DIAL *121# to know balance and more.

Aircel MOBILE NUMBER PORTABALITY PROBLEM

Mobile Number Portability Problem (switch to Airtel from Aircel post paid no. 9095914111)
I had requested for my number to be ported to Airtel from Aircel post paid no. 9095914111 on 29 may 2016 and got a porting code is DT872631.Total post paid bill amount rs 612 but I paid rs960.Today(07.06.2017) I called aircel customer care they told your request rejected because you paid rs60 after generating porting code so your request has been rejected.i was tried already 3 times network change request but all rejected.
Plz look into this matter as this is not the first time that this has happened.
