Sir, Our villiage RADBUGHA is facing much problem regarding internet connectivity only 2g works. I request concerned authorities to have a look on this issue.

I am airtel prepaid user from last 6 years . I am not happy with airtel services . This is my most bitter and ridiculous experience with Airtel because Airtel company deleted my two Prepaid cell numbers 1. 8899100900 as on 15 may’18 & 2nd number deleted 8755556387 last 3 weeks ago without any confirmation. Both numbers are in regular working condition & both number verified by thumb verification (Biomatric ) by UID.
there was no network on my cell . When I contacted Airtel customer care , they informed me that "You number has been deleted from system". When i asked for the reason , customer care executive told me that they didn’t know about these numbers. No one help out for re-activate my both numbers.
All the answers were on assumptions from customer care & Airtel store’s side. Sorry, This is not acceptable .

How come Airtel Company deleting the number from system without verifying the talktime/Data packs balance .
It’s looks so funny that Airtel users recharge and company delete their number from system without informing user.
I want my both number back 8899100900 & 8755556387 otherwise i will raise my concern to next level of escalation . Because Airtel company can do the same thing again in future .
Please take this issue seriously and on priority . Deleting users number from system is not a FUN .

The airtel range is fluctuating , going down And up . What is the issue.. this problem appeared only before 2 months. Now its gone worse. My mob number is 7356508633.i spoke totheairyel customer care many times and sent mail also. There is no resolution for the issue , only promise and copycat answers. Airtel is cheating customer by giving wro get advertisement and only aim to loot money.
I have tried to recharge my Airtel mobile no-7627909847 with an amount of Rs 149 through SBI internet banking from my account number-30142554828 on 6/11/18,but was unsuccessful. In-spite of repeated complaint net connectivity has not been restored neither any body had visited my residence for last two days. I am facing this broad band connectivity problem for last couple of months and there has not been any sincere effort from airtel to address the problem. Staff attending the complaint calls are very inefficient and doing lip service only. My son who is an IT student has suffered badly due to net connectivity problem
Kindly take up with Airtel to refund my three months broadband fees and get the services restored immediately. I was promised that I will get a call from Airtel manager but nobody has called up. This shows shear callous attitude of M/S Airtel towards its customer.
Kindly address the issue with Airtel and revert.

DEAR AIRTEL , From my prepaid account probably more than 600 Rs , deducted for many services like Game SPA and other value added pack , which I have not used ,so kindly deducted money should be back in account and another thing that in my account probably more than 800 Rs was there in my prepaid account as I transferred from post paid to prepaid and as per previous conversation you have given my assurance that we will give cheque but you denied it afterwards and deposited that money in prepaid account .kindly help me in this matter.
Since last 2 month airtel sending a unnecessary msg hundredth times daily from Web no 55274.That is "hi, onetime password for your airtel mob is……. Please use the OTP to complete your transaction"
Airtel customers care says they are not sending these. They are not able to stop. While I have already registered for DND. Sir plz see the matter
