I am not able send sms or recieve on my airtel number +919762504045.Also i have recharge of 399rs prepaid validlity still its not allowing to send sms from this number.please slove my problem as soon as possible.i am frustate all my online transaction has stop because i am not getting otp sms on my phone.
I would like to draw ur attention regarding network issue facing since last 3-4 month in our area ,As you are well aware that North Eastern Electric Power Corporation(NEEPCO Ltd.) one of CPSU of govt. of India is executing Kameng Hydro Electric project-600MW in state of Arunachal Pradesh in west kameng District. The main structure of this project i.e. DAM is located in Bichom village about 15 Km downstream side of Nafra town,West Kameng,A.P.-790001.About 1000 to 2000 Personnel(Engineers/Officers,Workmen etc ,people of village) from various states of India have been posted here and are engaged in construction work of the project, One of the Airtel tower installed at top of the hill near Bichom R & R village is in very bad condition as its network had been disappear since the Main telecommunication service was your network by which people use to connect with their families. But it has been noticed that from last 3 to 4 month your network has been in worst condition, we hav!
e lodged complained so many times to restore your service but no any major action has been taken up yet due to which everybody is suffering a lot. As such consideration the difficulty of the people stationed in this remote location, your kind intervention for early restoration of the same is highly solicited.

I have been using Airtel for last many years. Airtel says it is the best network and from for past few years i can say "Airtel is best at downgrading the standards". I have been raising complaints once or twice for every month from past 1 years. No action has been taken to resolve the issue for the past one years. By this you can understand how this service provider treats their customers. some times we have to tried to spoke with customer care they are also not responding properly and behaving also roude i have suggest don’t get new connections in airtel too worst provider in telecom field.
Airtel competes to troll JIO on 6p/m but it doesn’t even care how JIO is able to provide better network coverage (Indoor and Outdoor) better and data speed also. I feel Airtel is forcing us to change into JIO.
In this regard, It is intimated that undersigned is very old customer of Airtel and using two numbers Mobile – 9899469492 & 9501626425.
The undersigned is facing lot of problem for using both mobile numbers due to non-receiving of signals at my residence – Block-NIL, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017 but other than my residence I am receiving signals everywhere.
In this regard, I have made many complaints at customer care, email [email protected]> and outlet but till date this issue has not been resolved. The reply forwarded by airtel that work in progress and will be resolved shortly
It is requested to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

There is one representative named Bhumi, she is seating there in Poddar Arcade branch(Surat). While complaining about my inactive Docomo card(It was just transferred into airtell and i was only able to call into airtell customer care through this card). She has misguided me to complete their target of selling postpaid mobile connections. She told me that to activate this card you have to use this card as post-paid connection for at least 4 months with Rs. 400 something plan. So as per her guidance, total i need to send Rs. 1600 in order to activate my account. Later I just recharged my card with Rs. 23. and i got activated.
