I am with Airtel DTH for 3 years.As per the new TRAI guidelines, I opted only for the 100 FREE channels with AIRTEL(153 rupees/ month). I raised the request on 25th Jan 2019(Ref #: 80840) using the website. On Feb 1, I was expecting that the package will be updated. But, nothing changed. Still I was using previous plan only. Then, on Feb 1 2019, I submitted the request again using channel 998 and selected the 100 FREE channels and SMS the KEYWORD to 54325.Even after that,nothing changed. Then, I called the support on 02 Feb 2019 and they told me that in 24 hours my new package will be activated. 24 hours are over when I am submitting this.No update yet.
I don’t know, why it is taking this long to change my package for Airtel. I want Airtel resolve ASAP.

Airtel Airtel fraud

I am currently using airtel postpaid no 9888374071. Today I got the bill in which they themselves changed my plan from rs 150 to 299.. when I contacted the customer service she said the we informed you through sms. I never have given my verbal or written consent about changing the plan.. therefore i feel that I’ve been cheated and so I want some legal action to be taken against them Thankyou
