Airtel Airtel BroadBand Not working

My broadband is not working since many days and I complaint on 29 July 2019.

Since then I am following with your customer service and they are saying they are escalating and representative will call me.

Your technician has to come at my place yesterday at 8:30 to 9:30 AM .I waited for your representative and he didn’t show up. And I came to my office and then at yesterday around 12:30 PM he called me that he is at my place. I asked him to come at 5:00 and I called him many times but he didn’t respond.

This is very common problem with your representative for shoring no show at your decided time.

How many leave should I take from my office for getting my broadband fix. Is that terms and condition with Airtel that he has to take 3-4 days leaves to get Airtel broadband fix because he is taking your services and your are taking your customer for granted.

Can you please tell me what are working hours of your Airtel employee because according to me they only work 12 PM to 4 PM.

It has taken 5 days to fix my broadband then I want money for these days back for which I have made advance payment to you. Or if you can’t fix please return my whole money which is in advance given to you.

Airtel Broadband not working

Yesterday on 2nd aug 2019 i complained that my airtel broadband is not working and they alotted an engineer for the work …engineer came late evening and after examining said theyll resolve it today and today nobody came and only gave false promises on phone …also the engineer asked for the happy code yesterday saying they would resolve the complaint today and not to make another complaint and today when i called customer care it says that my complaint is closed but bow can they close it when nothing has been done after the complaint was made .

They keep calling for upgradation of plans but respond like this for complaints

Super disappointed with airtel …They are cheating the customers .

Airtel frauding by employee

my broadband id is 05624308586. i got this number activated in may 2019.
i gave 4,200/- to the employee( mr. saurabh sharma , 9997556699) as six month advance rental plan in cash. he didn’t give me any slip. but he activated this plan in monthly. he din’t deposite this amount in the office. i found this fraud after one month. when i got the message to deposit the rental amount. i complaint to mr. avinash (khandari branch) about this matter.but he didn’t solve the problem. now my brodband connection has been disconnected. due to this i am facing a lot of problem. please solve this problem and activate my number.

Airtel Fraud person got my airtel login otp

I have been a loyal customer of airtel .today a fraud number called called and said that my no will stop working and if I want it to valid till 2035 then I should give him the otp on this number and I was distracted so I have that otp but there was one more otp I didn’t give it to him cuz I realized that he is not from airtel ….but just tell me what can be thretened by airtel login otp? 6289419226 was that number.
