I have requested for new broadband connection in madhapur, near Hitech theater, hyderabad. One of your associate(agent) has came to our location and we have made installation charges Rs 590 on 1-Jan-2018 through online. The agent has committed to provide the connection at the end of the day ie. 1-Jan-2018.. but since than that shameless guy has not approached us. Whenever I call he say he is giving in evening. If i call him in evening he say morning his technician will come for installation. The guy has no shame at all just like Airtel service sucks. now its been more than 72 hrs.
Its look like Airtel is too good in providing worse serve in all mean. if you failed in first impression, how could you provide a stable service afterward. The agent phone no is 9000504336

I’ve applied for the Airtel Broadband connection on 6th April (CERF NO : 80117874). Till now i’ve not received the connection. No one from the Airtel team contacted me till now to provide an update. I tried calling the executive who came to my house for taking the connection request, but he is not accpeting my call. Tried reaching out to the technical team who provides the connection in my area, but no reponse yet. Its been almost a month and sign of any progress from Airtel team.
My CEF NO 80125184.i have booked for broadband connection on 1st of May. After 3 days when I haven’t got connection,I called then I got to know that there are some cable issue and I need to wait 2 more days. Again after 2 days I called same excuse .then after getting these many excuses on 8th May the executive tolad me that they cannot provide me broadband connection. So I have asked for refund. When I called customer executive,he said he will register for refund but he didn’t.again after 2 days I called same story. Once I called on 21st May ,they’re old no complaint for refund has been registered.
Seriously guys, you all are wasting the name of Airtel. I have called many times for refund and still I haven’t got it. What you guys are doing,or Airtel started keeping customer money for earning Intetest from bank.
Come-on guys, it’s customers money and it’s your responsibility to provide the best service. It’s your fault that you cannot provide the connection. I have paid 6 months no way in advance and I am struggling for getting it back.
Everyday I am calling and listening new stories. Don’t do these kind of shit with customers. Because of you guys, Airtel loosing it’s reputation.

I haven’t got connection and when I asked for refund on 8th May , customer executive denied and even Airtel provider said they can’t provide connection to me. I am using Airtel postpaid from long time and this is the worst experience I got and now it makes time to think to change the service from Airtel.
Now when again and again I have asked customer executive for refund so they started making fool and keep on telling that we have registered your complaint and you will be getting your money in 10 days
It’s been so many days and I haven’t got my money. What is happening,Airtel started keeping money from customer for earning Intetest from bank or What.
Everyday I have to. Call customer executive and explained same thing and still no refund. even it’s fault from Airtel ,I need to suffer. Come-on guys ,why you all started wasting Airtel name because of your own mistakes and laziness.
