Airtel Broadband Broadband shifting Not carried

I had requested for shifting of my Broadband connection within City. Even after a week, the shifting has not been done yet. I received a few calls from your side and 2 persons came to check the wiring in my society on Saturday itself.
They promised that someone from airtel will come to fix the broadband in an hour but nobody visited till today.
This is pathetic. Is this how you provide service to your customers. I shall not pay the the due bill this month in that case.
This is sheer negligence and no responsibility is fixed on any one. The services provided by Airtel is worst in current scenario.

Airtel Broadband Relocation request not giving proper response

I have given my relocation request on 28th April, usually time taken should not be more than 5 days. But it is more than 8 days now I have received no communication for Airtel side. Whenever I call the customer care they say the complaints will get resolved in 48hrs. This has happened 2-3 times. But still nothing is happening.

Airtel Broadband No instrument installed since 3 weeks

Dear team,

I had registered for an Airtel broadband connection with fixed line on April 27 and paid rs 3.7k and an additional 240 for the instrument which was promised to be delivered the next day.
It’s been 3 weeks of continuous follow-up and complaints to local agents as well as Airtel team but sadly I haven’t received the phone instrument yet.
I demand an explanation for the same and a refund for the weeks wasted without the instrument and the time I had put in for the Same.

Airtel Broadband Complaint against your executives and their unfair practices

Our broadband’s bill had certain problems in February ( we were asked to pay extra amount) because of which we didnt pay the bill and so the bill kept growing . We kept complaining but none of your executives responded well and instead kept on putiing late charges. In April we asked them to disconnect our services, to which they agreed and then instead of discontinuing our services they barred our connection. For the next one and a half month the connection was barred we didnt notice it because we were out of station and had already asked for a disconnection but still we received a bill for those months too!

And now when we noticed it all we’ve been complaining like idiots on customer care for the and every time they give offer us days discounts and other plans to make up for THEIR mistake. But as usual none of them have actually lived upto their words.. Some of those executives are Miss Khushboo, Deepak and shivani.
We will see to it taht if you dont take any action towards it we definitely will be going to the consumer court, as is our right!

Airtel Broadband Shifting of Broadband line

I have registered a shifting request on 6th June but it does not happened till date and Airtel executive advised me to disconnect the connection. I have no idea why is this advised to all existing customer instead shifting their BB to new place where the Airtel connection both ADSL and VDSL is existing. When I requested for shifting my request was rejected but the same time when I requested for new connection of the same it was provided within a day.
People used to say this to me, but i have not believed and believed Airtel cos I was using Airtel products(postpaid, BB, DTH etc) for last 14yrs now your people made me to accept others opinion on Airtel.

Airtel Broadband Refund

Hi,

I had opted for airtel broadband connection in the month of july and was informed by them that they cannot provide service due to technical issue, but they have took my money of 2854 rs and have not yet refunded even though the connection is not provided. there is no proper means of customer service and also reaching only via email. Every time they have new process and not giving my money back. how to get it back? I feel really worried and pathetic about such companies in india who survive on common man’s hard earned money.
