Airtel DTH HD Upgrade not happening

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am customer of Airtel DTH since 6 years, i wanted to shift to HD channels so requested HD STB and registered a request with id no.82576807 on 7th Nov.2018 .
Till date not a single call from service Engineers received also the mobile numbers mentioned in SMS were not in use.
Anyway i have contacted Airtel DTH in Shikrapur,The response of lady on a phone was a very Pathetic .
How could a company like Airtel ,employ such persons who has no care about customers ?
It is almost a week period and not a single call for upgradation is received to me. my customer id is 3008457436.

Airtel DTH Upgrade to HD

I requested for technician visit since my channels were not coming. I was told that LNB has to be replaced and told ot cost Rs 250 and also my set top box was faulty and that it wud cost me Rs 1500.
I agreed to change box and took new remote and hdmi cable, when I called customer care i learnt new box upgrade was Rs 599.
I have been charged extra and it shows 2 connections where as i have only 1 connection.
I called 20 times but there are all illiterate people employed there who can’t give any resolution.
My case was escalated to back end team., i received a call in morning and was told that after 20 mins will get a call again, it has been more than 4 hrs no call back..
I think we all customers should file a case in consumer court and teach these people a lesson

Airtel DTH Non-availability of menu in app for removal of channel though top up or add on is available

In Airtel dth if you want to remove any channel you have to call customer care which is not toll free and it takes a lot of time to reach operator. Though add top ups is available in mobile apps, there is no option for removal of channel. So we are facing a lot of difficulties.

Hi Airtel Team,

My name is Deepak Kumar Singh using Airtel DTH service-3019831263-001 from last two years.But Now a days, It’s a worst service.
My DTH connection is not working properly. Most of the channels is not coming due to the bad service but weather is good. I have complaint many times to Airtel but they are doing anything to fix this issue and every time they charges 150 RS.This is not possible that consumer pay you every time.
Generally Airtel Engineer comes at our tower.They fixed the connection of our neighbors and disconnect the service of our for earning the money which is unfair.If it will continue every time then I will discontinue this service and go with other service provider
Please look into this issue and fix the my Airtel connection immediately

Airtel DTH Money cut off without my consent

I received many service call but it’s okay i have not issue. But when company send me a message for free channel at the rate of 40, 42, 39 than what is the meaning of free. After that i m call at service number that time everybody said "okay we never send you message again" but after one day i take a call from company that is a service call.

Airtel DTH Unsuccessful online payment

Sir, I k.v.mallikharjun,my airtel digital tv is number is 3015157520. I make payment for your rental on 12th April 2017, using my debit card in online for rupees 300 and I got messege from bank that was deducted from my savings bank and your people send a messege that recharge is unsuccessfull.I claim a complaint to your customer care people, they replied that RS.300 will be get back to your account but so far I didn’t get that RS.300 into my account so please kindly do justice.This transaction we made in online with your airtel online recharge website.
