Recently my Airtel DTH channels had stopped working except few.
Don’t understand how this is happening and moreover I am not able to connect with anyone from customer care.
I am using a plan which costs me 540/month. But most of the channels which used to watch earlier had stopped working specially HD CHANNELS.

New Plan Not Activated as per TRAI Rule
I have airetl dth connection (DTH No. 3000623163) now as per TRAI rule dth plan to be changes according the customer uses.
According the TRAI rule i have change the plan through online dated 31.01.2019 but the same has not changed whence i got the refrence no.also.
After that i have change 1 more times through TV & getting sms confirmation that plan will be changed & you will get the confirmation also but still the plan has not been activated. During this frequently i have call the customer care for activation of new plan & getting confirmation sometime that plan will be change 2nd Feb 2019 & some time after 7th feb 2019 plan will be changed. i have recharge the dth of Rs-250 dated 06/02/2019 but airtel dth has charged the amount which channel was not used.
Due to all of this i am complaining to National Consumer Forum.
Kindly check the issue & get this resolve on priority basis with refund of my balance amount otherwise i will take further legal steps.
In the name of TRAI Airtel is causing 90% disruption of service. I had selected the package I need scanned the QR code generated and sent and got a reply about activating several times since Jan 30,2019. Without activating the new package they have disconnected services from Feb 2. I am getting some services which I do not need. Several rounds of discussion proved useless. The customer care proved to be useless with incompetent persons manning

as i am user of Airtel Digital TV with id 3000717282 -001 and 3000717282-002 but After implementation of new policy i have selected for 6-7 times Pack as shown on TV and on web but none of them implemented by the DTH Service Provider and we are still facing a black out at home. while calling customer care they are saying for each and every time that wait for 2 hr/4hr/till tomorrow but no solution provided till now’ pls do the need ful
Recently, new guidelines as per TRAI, I choose 100 channels from the list with the compulsory channel of DD which total cost around 230 Per Month but by my service provider Airtel DTH one other package start which name is Airtel bundle 175 Per Month additional add without my permission and if I called to customer care then no get information regarding the matter. Please resolve issue
As per TRAI need to update the DTH pack before 1st Feb 2019 which I had done on 31st Jan 2019 by doing a minimum recharge as advised by customer care supervisor of Re 154 and the new tariff will be effective from 1st Feb but since now now sign of new tariff getting active and because of this I am unable to do the recharge and my balance will get over on 7th Feb and if by that time it’s gets over they will suspend the service and will ask to pay the suspend amount and than recharge this is all happening and now one is here to listen to the customer. I have got frustrated now with worst customer service ever just sitting to con the customer.
There has been complete blackout of my airtel DTH connection for last 4 days and they are deducting everyday charges from that as well. No response from customer care as well. Completely shitty services from Airtel DTH and disgusting irresponsible services. No wonder competition is putting you down
All set to disconnect their service and never to use any Airtel service again.
Am facing this issue third time in the span of 4months.
Such a worst ever customer support from airtel dth team.
Their customer care number will never work and even after raising a compalint it takes so many days to resolve the issue.
I have been locked in 6months package or else i would have thrown this shit out of my house long back.
