Airtel DTH Money cut off without my consent

I received many service call but it’s okay i have not issue. But when company send me a message for free channel at the rate of 40, 42, 39 than what is the meaning of free. After that i m call at service number that time everybody said "okay we never send you message again" but after one day i take a call from company that is a service call.

Airtel DTH Unsuccessful online payment

Sir, I k.v.mallikharjun,my airtel digital tv is number is 3015157520. I make payment for your rental on 12th April 2017, using my debit card in online for rupees 300 and I got messege from bank that was deducted from my savings bank and your people send a messege that recharge is unsuccessfull.I claim a complaint to your customer care people, they replied that RS.300 will be get back to your account but so far I didn’t get that RS.300 into my account so please kindly do justice.This transaction we made in online with your airtel online recharge website.

Airtel DTH Inferior signal quality

I have been writing this to Airtel DTH regularly

Dear Airtel Team,

I have been complaining about the poor quality of the DTH since March 17 and was visited by your service engineer couple of times, but the problem still persist. I have taken annual subscription and despite the set top box in warranty i was charged for repairs and still the problem remains.
Am really off with such a poor quality of customer service and will e the last person to recommend someone for taking Airtel DTH.
My customer ID 3020567981-001.

The reception is very poor in the nights and the frames stuck. Would still appreciate if Airtel takes some action to fix it permanently.

Airtel DTH Irresponsible services

I had issue with the reception of "sony television" channel and i called up the customer care. They responded in highly ignorant manner and asked me to check cables. Without even understanding that only one channel is coming in disruptive manner and rest all are okay. Instead of getting the network adjustments made at their end they are asking me to get a home visit. For every inadequacy in their service, they try to push chargeable home services. I had been victimised by their scurplous policies previously too. I wanted to get it removed this time but again they did not provided any solution. My account is registered with my mobile number 9811384060.

Airtel DTH DTH & TV not installed

We are shifted into a house in another location, so requested airtel for deinstallation ad reinstallation. I requested first SR 61736395 on June 4th. after 2 days n one called me hence i called the technician number if he is coming or not, he told he is not serving in that area but will send a local guy. after 2 days also no one came and the requested is closed by them also. I updated my new address also before raising request. Again i raised for reinstallation request on 61768156.
another 61841595 on Wednesday. Today is Thursday till now no technician called and visited for the purpose.
I paid 1800 initially for airtel DTH services and going with 3 months subscription plan of 477/- per month.
I lost my TV services for 5 days until now because of airtel’s poor servicing. What the hell is with you airtel for sending a proper technician ?
Now i want immediate installation and provide me the extra days of services i lost because of your carelessness.
Or else i would drag airtel DTH and the technicians who are not doing their duty to the law.
