My prepaid mobile number is 9908040337 and had been using since 3 years. From past three days I am not able to receive incoming calls where as outgoing is working fine. Can you please look into it and resolve it at the earliest?

Airtel Mob No. is : 9386380504
This mob belongs to my mother who is 80 years old and stays alone.
Almost a 25-30 days back, she got it recharged for Rs. 500/- to get 3 months unlimited calls offer.
She got the validity confirmation of the above recharge on her mob, but to her disappointment, she could not make any calls as after dialing a no. she would get voice message that she had insufficient balance and hence could not make a call.
When she contacted the local airtel vendor, she was told to get a recharge of Rs 20/- to activate the scheme. She did that also but nothing happened.
When contacted Airtel Customer care no. 121, they did nothing except to buy time by saying they are looking into the matter but did nothing till date.
When contacted again, they asked her to go to the local Airtel Office to get the no. activated.
Patna Airtel office assured to get it done but did nothing. After a few days, they said they have emailed the head office but have not received any reply. They are also not willing to help in PORTING the no.
She is using this no. for a long time and everybody has this mob no only.
THE WAY THE MATTER IS BEING DEALT WITH IS NOT EXPECTED FROM A COMPANY OF SUCH A HIGH REPUTE.
REQUEST TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RECTIFY THE PROBLEM ON URGENT BASIS AS SHE OLD AND NOT WELL.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A SOLUTION, PLEASE REFUND OUR AMOUNT AND HELP IN PORTING THE MOB NO. TO SOME OTHER MOB SERVICE PROVIDER.
