Allahabad Bank Home Loan Interest Don't change to Currenct Interest Rate

I Kuladip Sahu took a house building loan from Birati,Kolkata Branch in 2011. Loan Account number is 50069678441.
When I took the loan amount in that time loan interest was 12.25%. But now the home loan interest is very less than what I am paying(12.25%). Hence on 9’th March 2018 I have given an application to Birati branch bank manager with 50/- revenue stamp to change my home loan interest from 12.25 to current home loan interest. But till now it is not changed. When I have called to manager he told me that system is not accepting. I have also sent mail to Allahabad Bank head Quarter HR Department , Customer care but nothing is happened. They didn’t reply any mail or call.
I am not happy with this answer and also the service. Frankly they have utter worst service.

Allahabad Bank Cash not dispensed by ATM

I did a transaction on 11/06/2018 at 19:37. The cash of Rs. 600 was deducted from my account but was not given by the ATM. I just recieved slip with written "TRAN Declined. Unable to process".
The customer care numbers are not reachable and they are also not picking up the phone call. Account Details are:

Allahabad Bank Money deducted from account but not received by ATM

Sir/Mam,
I’m a college student. My name is Dharmendra Kumar my Bank account no. is 50234248819 and Ifsc code is ALLA0210631. On Monday 7th May around 6:40 PM I tried to withdraw ₹800 from my account from Indusland bank ATM, Newtown. I was denied the money as it showed session timed out. But after half an hour I received 3 messages which show that my account is been debited with ₹800, thus a total of ₹2400 was deducted from my account without receiving it.
I’ve already sent several emails and tried to call on your customer care number but I’m not getting a response. Please look into the matter as I’m out of cash right now as I’m left with only ₹97.83 in my account. Thanks.

Allahabad Bank failed atm transiactions

sir,
i recently on 27/04/2018 tried to debit 10,000 from my atm from sbi,pnb or obc’s branch atm on evening 7:15 around from hanumangarh town rajasthan but every time i tried i recevied a time out transition or a error occuring message and i didn’t received any kind of amount but still Rs10,000 from each time total Rs 20,000 debited from my account.after that i went to my bank branch many of times and i recevied 10000 rs. on 30/4/08.but the rest of amount i does not receive till now . i went to my bank branch after that many of times but they didn’t give me any satisfactory answer this is causing me a lot of problem plz look farward to this problem. Allahabad Bank Refund money for unnecessary debited from unsuccessful transaction through ATM

Dear sir,
My earnest request that, on 4th April 2018 at 11:32 AM I went SBI ATM for withdraw cash.For the first time when I put the amount and pin no for RS 5000 on ATM machine then it shows "Transaction timed out" then again I tried but it shows same "Transaction timed out".I was disappointed for my unsuccessful transaction,after waiting some time I leaved the place but after that I got a massage on my phone that RS 5000 debited from my account.I was shocked,how is it possible?I was complained my branch manager but there was nothing done.
so please refund me my money as soon as possible.I am eagerly waiting for your reply. Bank details are given below-

Allahabad Bank ATM Fraud

On 2nd June 2018 at 10 O Clock in the morning I had received two messages stating that my account was debited through ATM amounting INR 10000 + 10000, Making sum of INR 20,000. Although that time ATM card linked to my ac no. was with me.
I have already raised a complaint with the bank but so far I have not received any positive response from the bank Therefore I would request you to kindly help me out with the issue and get my money back.
