I made transaction of Rs. 8000 on 11 Oct, 2018 from an SBI ATM but i didn’t received any cash and then i made another transaction of Rs.8000 from another SBI ATM adjacent to the first one and i received the cash. But i got text for deduction of Rs. 8000 for both of the transactions. But i received Rs. 8000 only but there was a deduction of Rs. 16000 from my account. Kindly refund the other Rs. 8000 as soon as possible on a/c no. 50311443982.

I am.Md. shamshad Alam. i had saving account in Allahabad bank since 2003. My account (20956924471)is freezed without any notice or information in my absence.i am living out off country. When i visit at bank to withdraw money.staff said your account is closed. You have to submit application along id & address proof.i submitted valid documents as per bank staff instruction. But they didn’t accept it valid document. They said bring adhaar & pan card. While i informed to them i don’t have enough time apply those card. Cause i have to travel on 1st june. I am living in kuwait. I have return airlines ticket. But they urge me to bring it adhaar & pan card. While supreme court said government can’t urge to bring adhaar or pan card to anybody. But they didn’t follow to supreme court order. Kindly take strictly action against bank manager or staff.

I Request to bank for Internet Banking facility at 4th December 2017 through filled application till date i didn’t get the any user id or password. Kindly make the efficient service i required om urgent basis. also i have compalint against the one of the branch which is located in maskati market on 10th May, 2017 i want to requirement of money so i go to the branch i got the token and i don’t have cheque book and atm so filled the withdrwal slip and i got token but after some time the branch authorise person should check the my id proof it was mine account and i refuse to pay money taken back the token. Kindly take care of this issue customer is difficulty while getting my own money. I want to escalate the issue before .
