I am posting this complain after extreme dissatisfaction for last 5 months with Alliance broadband service.
Every day connection gets disconnected and everyday i call the toll free number to wait for another hour or sometimes even more to get a temporary fix. They never ever tried to troubleshoot the issue beyond the basic ones. I strongly believe that their engineers are not educated enough. Neither did they visit my place to see what the issue is since the issue is lasting for over 5 months now.
Coming on to the customer care.. OMG what a fantastic Customer care they are. They do not know what service level agreement is. They don’t care what customer feels or what customer satisfaction is.
Third is the franchise… who are the dumbest uneducated arrogant people who have opened a shop just to make money. THey dont care service round the clock.. their staffs come at 11 sometimes they went out for personal or official reasons and customers who availed Alliance broadband have to wait until they come back.
There was an incident when my connection went off in the morning 10 am and when i called local operator ( the cable operator who has franchise) he said my staff is not there he will come at 4 pm then we can check not before that. I was simply amazed by the response he gave.
I must say they are very professional in terms of money. they do not allow a single hour after the subscription expires.
I think Alliance broadband managers/ technicians/ and overall staff do not know the basic principles of business.
I WILL NOT NOT NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY FOR THIS CONNECTION
