Amazon Product delivery got cancelled and no refund till date of money deducted from my credit card

I had booked for Honor play 6 GB and 64 GB on 20.1.2019 in the Amazon sale on that period. My card got charged of approx Rs 13000. I received confirmation message that my exchange offer had been placed. Later on 27.1.2019 my order got cancelled and since then two trouble tickets have been logged but my refund is pending and I am just being given assurances but my money is not being returned. Amazon LED BULB REPLACEMENT

I Papun Sahu,an Amazon wallet holder of registered mob- 9114712963.I have successfully ordered a phillips 9 watts led bulb of an amount of R.S.-257/- and my order id- 171-6984539-2692341.I have received this product and replacement requested on 03/01/19 by DELHIVERY courrier as per direction by Amazon.Whenever I have opened that product cover there is a croma 9 watt bulb and another is duplicate phillips printed bulb which is not worked.I have replaced that product and have not received yet as replacement policy of Amazon.Amazon denied we are unable to processing your request as you have not given exact product.What hell is this site.Kindly verify my issue and also verify is the Kolkata seller sells duplicate led bulb or not.Kindly verify the issue and take necessary steps as soon as possible. Amazon no replacement in warranty

Hi,
I have purchased SellZone Laptop Adapter/Charger for Lenovo IdeaPad Z570-20V 4.5A 90W from amazon on 13th Dec 2018 with warranty period of 1 year.
It has stopped working on 8th Jan. I have contacted supplier but it was wrong number. I mailed him through amazon but he replied to send the defective product to him only then he will send the new product. Amazon is suppose to take the defective product back as I are not sure if the company is there or not. I have mailed several time to amazon but I get no help from them.
Please help me to get refund of my money as I don’t trust this company.

Amazon Refund amount

I had paid for an order for Amazon through my debit card of Indian bank but I had cancelled it on18/01/2019.But till now the amount had not been credited to my account.i had called Amazon they told that they have refunded the amount on 24/01/2019 and they also give an reference number to me.With that reference number file charges dispute in Indian bank.I had contacted Indian bank and told about the reference number they told that they are not responsible for that refundable amount.

Please be informed that I have purchased a Lenovo laptop through one of your subsidiaries, Souq.com, with a purchasing order no. 4064745017042. The order has been delivered on 3rd of January, 2019 but the pack wasn’t opened till 8th of January, 2019 for traveling purposes. On 8th of January and by opening the pack, the screen of the laptop was found broken and some part of the keyboard cover was removed. Accordingly, I have contacted Souq.com through their call center and they have sent their representative on 10th of January to take the laptop back. On 17th of January, I have contacted the customer service to follow-up the situation, and their answer was that the costs will be refunded before 20th of January, 2019. On 20th of January, and as the costs have never been refunded; I have re-contacted the customer service to check the reason of the delay but the shocking answer from their side was that the costs will not be refunded as the item can only be returned within!

By reviewing the return policy, it was found to state that "If the product you receive is damaged, defective, counterfeit or not as described on the website, subject to return of the affected product to us within 15 days of its delivery and satisfaction of our assessment and validation process, you will be entitled to receive a full refund of the price paid for the product, along with any shipping fees applied". In light of the previous, you are kindly required to take the proper action in order to maintain the trust of your customers, considering that such situations may have a negative effect on Amazon’s reputation.
