i am from nellore i got a fake call regarding asking bank details i have not accepted to give the details after that the caller uses vulgar words and cut the call immediately i heve called to 100 and said about the complaint BUT THE POLICE REPLY IS VERY RUDE AND even dey r not taking the complaint and even they are not directing properly like how to file a case a in cyber police station. and this is how our dial 100 works,sir police departement how can u talk wid d people rudely in customer care and pls remind dat u r public servants if u do like dis how can people trust u and i am writing this because after seeing this the police officials should correct the dial 100 staff in nellore.
My Name is Naveen Kumar B, I booked ticket from bangalore to chittor with journey date as 16/10/2018 with the boarding point as Indira Nagar having the pickup time as 23:40. I just reached there as 23:42 as i have kids. I waited there up to 12:00 Am and called the drive number and it is telling out of coverage area. I tried multiple times and same response is coming. Later i tried to APSRTC call centre and they told that bus is already gone at the time of 1:00 AM. Me my my family waited till 1:00 in the morning there. Call centre people given enquiry number of chittor depot as 08572233581. i called this number and they told go to any of apsrtc counter and they will give other seats in other buss. I went to ITI gate at 1:00 Am with my family and the counter is closed. I called the same number and they told it is out of their hand. I waited there till 3:00 Am, no apsrtc bus came till that time. Me and my family went to home 3:00 in the morning. I booked 3 tickets with kids !
and waiting in mid night with mosquito is not acceptable and too improper answer by the authority. I want to take an action on this and i want refund for the same.

If you cant handle the online bookings properly, close online booking. Simply paying online fees and providing improper service is waste of time and money. Dont make govt services also like private travels. I am a frequent traveller and i did not got this type even in private buses also. APSRTC services are becoming the worst among the other govt services like KSRTC and TSRTC.

I have ordered my product on a website called fynd,the product has reached to our destination city but the courier service delhivery was not delivering my product from 15 days and they there is customer care support,and also I have prepaid for the product so I was in trouble and there is no chance I can receive my product,the product is still in transit from 22 days and I think I can no longer receive the product

Please take action on that company, i am going to launch a complaint against them. Asking Lakhs of money and cheating people i have never excepted form you. i have googled about that company few people lost money and time by joining that company.
