sun direct Plan changing

I am recharging one year plan on october.. but 3rdmarch they change the plan with out any intimation. they said that as per TRAI regulations they change my plan. They don’t give what I am requesting the channels. THIS IS CHAAN YESTERDAY NIGHT I BOUGHT A BEER IN SVT BAR VISAKHAPATNAM DWARAKANAGAR THEY ARE ASKED ME 20 RUPEES EXTRA ON ONE BEER.

AND I ASKED SOME OTHER PEOPLE IN BAR THEY TOLD ME NOT ONLY ON BEER COLLECTING EXTRA MONEY ON ALL TYPES OF LIQUEURS .

BARS AND WINE SHOPS ARE BEHAVING LIKE "DHANDHA"
WITH SUPPORT OF POLICE AND POLITICIANS.

I HOPE YOU SIR TAKE ACTION ON THIS ISSUE .

MR Nutritions selling cocaine

Dear sir/madam
MR Nutritions, 1097, Pragathi Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500090 is selling cocaine through Whatsapp to their customers, including foreigners. Their phone numbers are 7013617047 and 90523 32391. They Whatsapp through these 2 phone numbers.

They sell gym supplements, etc, but also sell cocaine. They have a courier boy called Ranga who drops drugs to clients on a motorcycle.
I saw my uncle’s Whatsapp message by chance 3 to 4 weeks ago. He is 57 years age. He bought 2g cocaine for Rs.20000 from MR Nutritions and did a deal with them. We as a family are shocked and sad. This is going to destroy us completely. Today I saw a Whatsapp message again and Ranga, the courier fellow, says he is trying to get the "stuff" from Goa. This is destroying our life. My Uncle is lying and hiding this from me.

Please can you do something about MR Nutritions? Please. I am begging you for the sake of all families who have problems like this of cocaine and other drugs being sold through Whatsapp. They are destroying lives. We have no peace of mind.

HP Printer HP printer under warranty not getting repaired

I bought printer from Croma on 23 rd Dec 2019
Invoice no SLA############

Now this printer is creating trouble in printing. I raised complaint to Croma but they said that same will be dealt by HP directly and they will come and fix at your home as its in warranty. I have been trying to reach HP but not getting any response

Airtel Broadband Charged for Service(AmazonPrime) Not used/subscribed

It’s very saddening to see very poor customer service and unscrupulous way of siphoning funds from customers by charging for a service that hasn’t been subscribed by the Customer and on top of it very specifically telling the customer service Representative at the time of Broadband renewal that I’m not interested.

It’s now 5th time contacting Airtel contact center to resolve the issue of removing/waving of the charge of 998.99 for Airtel Fixedline NO. 04097327112_ap but in vain due to all false promises being given each time that they have waived off in the system and it will be reflected in 24/48/72/4 hours (different hours mentioned in the last 5 calls). This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable behaviour on your part to make false statements and fool around customers.

Here are the details providing dates with Interaction Id and SR No. provided on earlier occasion. 04/03/2019 – Spoke to Pradeep and his Supervisor Sneha at 15:44

01/03/2019 – Spoke to Call center Rep at 12:26

I am attaching the screenshots as a proof of Unsubscribing the Amazon prime service on Airtel Mobile and also a screen capture of misleading me to subscribe to Amazon prime at NO COST.

If you are unable to resolve, may I request you to cancel my broadband/Landline agreement and refund the rest of the money to allow me to go to better alternative Service Providers.

Please Note, I am seriously considering taking up this case to a better level so that people are aware and get’s heard if there is any delay.
