MYNTRA Return Request for damaged product not being processed

I had ordered a jacket ( the product ‘Fort Collins Wine-Coloured Padded Jacket with Detachable Hood’ pertaining to the order number 1044500-2427604-1256101) on MYNTRA and received a defective product. The jacket has black marks, dirty cuffs and collar and is damaged. I created a return request and the an executive came to collect the product on 25th April, 2017. However the return was put on hold on account of the marks and spots on the product and I was asked to contact the customer care.
The customer care executive registered a complaint and on 26th April, 2017, I was asked to send a few images of the product displaying the attached tag as well as the damages. The next day, 27th April, I sent 8 images to Myntra’s id as per the instructions. However today afternoon (28th April) I received a mail that informed me that the return request had been cancelled as there was no response on my end whereas I had already sent a mail with the required information. When I called the customer care again, the executive told me that he could not download the pictures and asked me to re-send it. I sent the mail again with the images attached. The executive told me that my return request has been accepted and will be processed in 2 working days. However, there is no guarantee whether the product will be returned and the money refunded!
I have been undergoing this harassment for the last 4 days now. Since the tags are attached, the original packaging is intact, why does MYNTRA take so long to process the return? It is not the customer’s fault that a defective product was delivered. The customer service is pathetic, with no co-ordination between the executives and the company. They change their versions and try to make excuses every time I call. How is it the customer’s fault if the customer service executives can’t download images from a mail?
I hope that such irresponsible behaviour from a well-knwn company will be penalized and not looked into lightly.

I, K.SRINIVASARAO,WITH SERVICE NUMBER :4133321000081,AM RESIDENT OF PEDDARAVIPADU (VILL) OF MUNDLAMUR (ML) OF PRAKASAM DIST,HAS BEEN FACING A PROBLEM THAT VOLTAGE FLUCTUATIONS ARE COMING AND HENCE TUBE LIGHTS IN OUR HOME ARE NOT GLOWING FOR SOME TIME (for 20-30 minutes)AND ARE GLOWING (for 5-10 minutes)AND THIS IS BEING REPEATED FOUR TIMES EVERYDAY FOR THE LAST ONE MONTH MAINLY BETWEEN 7.30 pm to 10.00pm and 5.50am to6.10am .FANS IN OUR HOME ARE RUNNING SLOW FOR SOME TIME AND RUNNING AT HIGH SPPED FOR SOME TIME WHICH LEADS TO DAMAGE .ALREADY ONE CEILING FAN HAS GOT DAMGED DUE TO THIS POOR QUALITY OF SUPPLY .I BROUGHT THIS TO THE NOTICE OF THE PERSON AVAILABLE AT FOC:NO.ON CURRENT BILL.BUT THEY MAKE CORRECTIONS FOR ONE DAY OR TWO AND THE PROBLEM IS BEING REPEATED.THEREFORE I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE SEE THAT THE ABOVE PROBLEM IS NOT BEING REPEATED

Issued but a mistake in company name i apply for recorrection before 8 months still they did not change the name in koti pan card office we meet to branch manager every time he told we send to chennai it will come soon and also he did not give acknlowledge copy for recorrection i can start my work because of pancard please help me i will attached my company license and pancard you can check the mistake on pancard
