Payment not successful.

pradhan mantri gram sadak yojana No road to my village since 2004

Respected sir,

For everybody others problem is very small. but that is very big who are facing that problem.
My self Sowrya Sekhar from Kuwait. I am an electrical engineering graduate and I am from Vizianagaram district, Konda kenguva village.
We are ( All village people) all fighting for my village road from last five years in different ways but no one respond to us because of political influence. my village road 5km from ramabhadrapuram to konda kenguva it has constructed in 2004, now its 15 years finished.
road construction also very bad on that because of that road is totally damaged and it will perfect to walk too. there 5000+ people are living in my village, students, patients, daily wage labours, pregnant woman’s, everybody suffering because of this road. Our lives link up with the road but no one in this country looking this.
We are also citizens of Indian, we have right to get our needs and requirements from the governments but there is accountability, responsibility in these government officials and politicians.
I have sent the request to MRO, MLA, MP, MInisters, Collectors, CM, Department secretaries. But not yet solved this issue.
Now I need support from your side. please find the attached emails for your information.

sbiepay Payment Failure

I have paid exam fee through Sbi epay 5 times each of â¹200 but it was not received at their end.They did not even respond to the customer care number.please refund my amount back as soon as possible.
The amount has been deducted from my bank and it was showing that transaction has failed.Then where does my money go ?? Same thing happened for 5 transactions. Please help me
