APSRTC No TV and cleanless of bus


I had so many journeys from Nandyal to Bengalore and Bengalor to Nandyal through APSRTC buses . But i could see there is no TV in bus and bus seats are very dirty compare to TSRTC buses and seats condition also very bad. Can you look into this complaint and provide the solution ASAP. we are also paying not money not stones during festival time they are increasing bus fares too much. I don’t know how the government looking or not.

APSRTC Bus seat cushion is not working

Service no :4973, ticket no: 79710760, Date of journey 16/09/18.seat no:25,the seat cushion was not working,the seat is pushing front , I asked conductor but he spoken Iam not regularly doing in this bus, my duty is another bus,I can’t do anything he said.i was booked on APSRTC it is an wrost experience.i spent sleepless night on your bus,it is radiculas,. When your giving service without basic requirements why your charging 550 RS.

APSRTC Blocking of unsold tickets and improper response

I asked the ticket from thirupathi to Chennai on the AC bus at 2.15pm, In the booking office staff told that no ticket in AC bus.But I saw the ticket availability in the online but not able to choose seat on 3.00 o clock amaravathi AC BUS. I booked ticket the service no 47531 for the same day 2.30pm seat no 22, for which actual ticket cost is 195/ they sold it for 200/-.So I conclude that ticket reservation counter staffs cheating in the all ways and looting the money.So action may taken in this regard.


Buses from kurnool to anantapur are worst in time maintaining and the condition of buses, even ac bus too. The ac service bus are too worst, if rain will be coming the rain water will enter directly into the bus almost 60 percent of the passengers will be wet and also the timings of the remaining buses especially the services from anantapur to kurnool the staff will say they will stop only in goty and dhone this is express service onece the bus starts it will move on to each patuloy, pamidi even if the passengers will not be there also
