APSRTC Not Enough Buses from HNK to HYD

Hi Sir/Mam,
I have been in Hanmakonda since my childhood and now I am 34 yrs. Every festival/weekend/start of the week we face this problem that there are no buses. Not sure why this problem not handled properly since ages. This clearly shows that APSRTC is not competent enough to able to handle this issue. When you know that there is enough demand of commuters in this particular route, you can easily increase depending upon the time. Today after waiting in the line at the counter for 45 mins got ticket. Is this the Idle your way of functioning???. If you really thinking of encouraging commuters to book online. We are up for it as well, but there are many constraints in booking online as well. Let me lists few……………..The bus wont start on time, for which we would be missing the bus we need to catch at the destination stop. Not sure who is the "illiterate" who lists the Bus travel times. Never in my life I have seen a bus start nor stop or reach at the pre-defined tim!

APSRTC ticket fares are unfair

the ticket fares of APSRTC city ordinary buses in Visakhapatnam are very unfair. They charge 10rupees for 2km only and they charge that 10rupees only for 15kms also. For example, considering a bus having route number 600 which travels from Anakapalli to Scindia, charges 15rupees from Lankelapalem to Anakapalli having approximately 10kms and they charge 20rupees only from Sriharipuram to Anakapalli, which covers about 25kms.it seems to be very unfair. And I have complained about this so many times but no one responded to it.i have taken an example 600 but maximum all the buses in Visakhapatnam charges the same way……So I’m expecting a reply to this, from APSRTC.

APSRTC Driver behaviour with passengers

I was travelling in bus No AP07TG6600 on 04 feb 19 from vinukonda to santhamaguluru x road.i got the ticket from vinukonda to x road and I requested to the driver as to stop the bus at vellala cheruvu stage which is just 6 to 7 KM’s before the x road he was replied to me I will not stop the bus in between stage with rude laungage.before that time the driver was stopped the bus at vittamrajupalli to drop his personal items.so many passengers told to driver to stop the vehicle at vellala cheruvu then driver talked with rude laungage and stopped the velicle inbetween the vellacheruvu and santhamaguluru x road and which is very difficult to me to get another vehicle to drop my destination with family.so please take necessary actions on such type of drivers which will discourage the passengers to travel in APSRTC buses.

APSRTC Consignment not dispatched

I am M.Malleswara Rao from Guntur. We had booked a 10kgs weight tharmakol box which contains sea food from Amalapuram to guntur on 14-01-2019 at 10:30 Am in APSRTC Corgo service at Amalapuram. The tracking no. of this parcel was 5602485. But till now this parcel was not delivered. It shows in online till transit. Guntur cargo people not responding properly. Amalapuram cargo people inquired to driver of bus No: AP05 Z5203, he says delivered in Guntur cargo on 14-01-2019 at 09:00 PM. I request you to please inquire where was my parcel as early as possible because the material of box life is only 30hrs. after that it was damaged. I request you please lodge complaint and recover my loss.

APSRTC Bus driver declined customer request to wait for just5mins

I had booked a ticket from anantapuramu to bangalore bus service no.52849, ticket no.83575689, date of journey is 25/12/2018, 2.15pm. with my mobile no.8099298190 through abhi bus app. I am state to that take an action against bus driver or refund my amount. I had arrived lately to boarding bus station i had a requested to driver to wait for my arrival just 5mins. The driver carelessly declined my request and further moved to bangalore. I am a regular customer to apsrtc i had travelled lot of times via apstrc bus services and never missed a bus. Is apstrc has any respect on customer ?? It is the behaviour of apstrc? Cannot wait for just 5minutes? My question is what is the loss to apsrtc when a 5minutes delay as per customer request? I want a justice to this issue. Hope u had understand customer problem.

APSRTC Denial of senior citizen concession

Travelled in Bus AP 36- 0045 bus on 09/12/2018 at 1PM from Anantapur to Bangalore. For me and my mother in law, senior citizens concession wasn’t allowed by the conductor/ Driver even though Senior citizen card issued by Government Of Karnataka and Adhaar card issued in Karnataka was shown , stating that those IDs issued by Govt of AP would only be considered for the concession.
Please investigate the issue and provide the refund

APSRTC No TV and cleanless of bus

Dear APSRTC,

I had so many journeys from Nandyal to Bengalore and Bengalor to Nandyal through APSRTC buses . But i could see there is no TV in bus and bus seats are very dirty compare to TSRTC buses and seats condition also very bad. Can you look into this complaint and provide the solution ASAP. we are also paying not money not stones during festival time they are increasing bus fares too much. I don’t know how the government looking or not.
