YOU CAN SEE LOT MANY QUERIES. BECAUSE I M NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THE KIND OF ISOLATION YOU PEOPLE MAINTAIN. NOT AWARE OF WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY POLICY. EARLIER ALSO I COMPLAINED ON THIS WEBSITE, BUT TO MY DISMAY NO REPLY CAME. SORRY TO SAY THIS BUT IT IS A FACT. I WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE COMFORTABLE IF I OPENED A PLI WITH MY LOCAL POST OFFICE RATHER THAN ARMY POSTAL SERVICE

2. It is regretted to inform that despite a lapse of more than one month the payment of maturity amount on my policy No, APS- NN-78028-L, and Policy No-APS-686579L. I personally deposited to your office with original policy and all concerned document. but Amount has not yet been credited into my saving bank account.
3. It is, therefore, requested to credit the maturity amount at an early date into my SB A/C No. 30491781998.

I am Ex-Sgt Rajesh Kumar. My Policy No. APS/NM/160353-A is already matured in September 2017 and Original Bond Paper along with all the requisite documents has been forwarded and received by you on 28 Nov 2017. I sent many queries regarding payment of maturity amount. On my previous query, it is intimated by you on 04 Dec 2017 that "Maturity is in process." On my other query your have replied on 14 Dec 2017 that "Sanction memo has not been generated yet. After generation of sanction memo maturity amount will be credited to your account soon."
How long time required by you for payment of a matured PLI policy. Please EXPEDITE.

I have submitted my matured policy bearing policy no. APS/NM/79790-A got matured on 27.05.2017 alongwith supporting documents for reimbursement of survival benefit. So far I haven’t received any response from your side. Kindly do needful so that my policy matured amount get credited in my account. My account details has been attached with my original policy.
