I would like to state that myself deepa deka residing on tulfactory bishnu path under a k dev road was noticing some unusual behaviours by some heavy public trasport in my lane on regular basis. I like to put in your knowledge that every single day throgh our bishnu path lane some heavy vehicles like trucks and dumpers used to passes this narrow lane carrying haevy loads considering accidental risk to us. As its going on regular basis already many times they hited side walls cabel wires and other public assests. This lane not for any heavy public transport bt since no one noticing it and they are taking advantage of every day basis. I request you the judicial members please take this matter on prior basis and kinldy reslove it in any further delay. Your appropriate actions will be helpful for the people who are living here.
The national highway from Tinsukia to Jorhat , in Assam is In a pathetic condition. A journey which should take 4-4.5 hours takes minimum 6hours, only due to the conditions of the road. There are cracks and holes in the road of such sizes that a state sponsored swimming pool can be constructed. The roads are in pathetic condition it’s been so since a very long time. It’s high time to repair it. Becquerel it results in loss of time, work hours, health,,fuel and many many other un meantioned things, Thanks

I dont get my shippment please fast give my shippment
I did my recharge about 5hours ago, balance have been deducted but I have not received my recharge, transaction ID-BV00000JWBA1
I have bought a new SUKAM Brainy ECO-1100 on D-17-09-2017 & the product failed to operate on 03-10-2018 .Immediately after that, I have lodged a complaint to the SUKAM Customer care & they promised me to attend towards my complaint within 48 Hours after registration of complaint .
On the vary next day the Service Engineer called us & asked that where from we have bought the product, whether from a Perticular Shop (I think Name should not be disclosed here) or not, & I replied that I have bought it from some other dealer .
Then he replied me that, it will take a couple of days to attend towards my complaint.
When I asked him about the reason for Late Service, he answered me that we have a lot of complaints & it will take more than 3-4 days & he told me that he will call me when he will be visiting to my location .
Till date, even after 7 days of registering my complaint, the Service Engineer has not attended to resolve my problem.When I am calling him, he is making a lot of useless & unfair excuses .
I am completely dissapointed with SUKAM for the above reason & will not suggest anyone to go for SUKAM products .
N.B. – I am also using LUMINOUS make Inverters in my other Offices & the people from LUMINOUS are very courteous & sincere towards customer complaints .
That’s all I faced with SUKAM .
