My name is Akansha Mittal and m using an Axis Bank credit card for which i was the valuable customer of Axis Bank.
On 31-07-2018 i made a complete payment of 52981 INR for my credit card(Billed and Un-billed)and the same was credited to my account on the same day but after then it was already 5 months left,still i did not receive any statement through(call/message/hard copy at registered address/email) from Axis Bank but at last in the current month of January 2019 i got a call from Axis Bank collection department that there was some amount due on your account which is going to increase every month by applying all applicable charges of Axis Bank.
I called customer care department of Axis Bank and asked the same from them but they told me that there was some error in banks portal due to your(Akansha Mittal) details of contact number and email address was removed so that the statement was not delivered at respective number and email-id so i asked them that this is not customer’s fault as how a customer’s data can be removed from banks portal so they took a complaint for reversal of all applied interest,finance and late payment fee charges and the extra charges will get reversed within 4-5 working days but after not getting any closure for that i contact again to Axis Bank customer care department and spoke in their senior department with Mr.Pradeep-Senior Escalation Department and after hearing all my queries he also told me the same that it will be resolved within 4-5 working days and i need not to call to customer care department for the same but again the same was happened at their end and still there ! is no feedback and result in favor of me.
So today i called again and spoke to Mr.Vinod Kumar-Senior Manager-Escalation Department but he also have the same answer.
In such a way kindly help me as loosing data of a customer from bank’s end is not customer’s fault due to which i faced my CIBIL score down and not eligible to apply for any type of loan/credit card.

I paid amout of 5018.88 to another benificry account..on 15th Jan 2019 but they did not recived amount my account has debit
I having NRI account from last 5 year detail shown below feel face experience in Axis Branch Panch Batti Bharuch District State Gujarat on Date 18/12/2018 regarding RTGS transaction.
I talk about RTGS but staff not answered properly and not accept my form due to lack of knowledge about NRI account.
Manager also not listen and can not able to handle staff misbehave and i have to contact main branch and due to this they delay may transaction upto more than 5 hour . One senior staff lady taking care her child in branch and ignore customer . i dont know manager how allow like this. Really i feel very bad and faced first time like this misbehavior in axis .
From my transection you can see how much i trust in Axis bank system but from now I decided to discontinue our relation and move from Axis to Other Bank.i face Very bad experience which are not acceptable but after all this are matter of Axis Reputation so i write only for improve system i know Axis have very good system to take care customer but need to improve in effective staff who can understand Axis value. negligence of Bank officials in delivering the Chip based Debit card to the Customer Address.
My Existing Debit Card (Magnetic Strip) has been blocked by the bank, as it is not usable for further transactions as per RBI guideline in the replacement of Magnetic Strip cards to Chip based card.
To raise the request of getting Chip based debit card i have visited to my home branch, In their portal it shows new card has been issued ad got delivered and it is in Active stage. But i haven’t received any chip based card to my address. I requested for the delivery address where it for delivered by, they are not able to track the delivery address. which shows their casualness in maintaining customers data which is crucial. To block and get it replaced again they are charging around INR 200-500 + service tax.
They are penalizing customers for their negligence and mistakes being committed.
Kindly help me out in getting my Chip based debit card for smooth transactions.

We have received pin code docket before 10 days but till date not receive credit card ,please solve this matter as soon as possible.
