Let me introduce myself Ambrish kumar ashish . I want to bring to your notice about the Bajaj Avernger 220 purchased by me from JS BAJAJ Burari on 09.03.2017 after full cash payment. From 28july onwards there is so many unnecessery sound form my bike and back mono shock is not working properly left side back Shocker was cracked after few day of purchase after some time agin engine relate problems get started unnecessery sound and dealer was denied to repair somehow i convinced manger but this is not the end there after sometime again bike stucked at night complaint many times but they did’t take any action . wrost experience seriouly shocker break and they blamed me this is your fault you have to pay for why …??? JS Bajaj Burari they only count money and people makes fool . services they did’t know the meaning of and there behaviour can’tell you. now i am requesting you bajaj authoriy who are taking responsibility and who are taking care on it its over now i want my money back in case you are not taking action on this matter then after consumer court will decide on it
Today (13-03-2019) I have handover my pulsar 150 to bajaj Authorized service center for paid service. After completed service they are collected money without computer bill and too much money labour charge is Rs.900 +100 (water wash) totally Rs.1000.
What is this?
Changing parts also toomuch cost. Without MRP bill. Without computer bill.
I have attached hand written bill. Kindly take action. I am waiting for your valuable reply.

As this issue is pending from the initial stage from the date of purchase. and the service which is been given by your team is not acceptable sir. We had given bike for same issues for several times and also kept a couple of days in showroom but the issue is still pending. they are not so trained to rectify the problem. just keep the bike more than day and returns the bike saying problem has solved. but the issue will be same. We never expected this kind of response from bajaj. I need this complaint to be resolved on priority basis. If not i will go for Consumer court for this.. they are just simply trying to cross the warranty period.

I have purchase a bajaj pulsar 200 cc on loan worth Rs almost 1.5 lacs from RAJA GARDEN SHOWROOM on 29-04-2018
SALES PERSON NAME-INDERJEET SINGH i was facing many issues with the bike, Afer 2 or 3 days engine noise starting like doom vibration, bike handle problem is there also after 2 days i have complaint regarding the same to showroom, they suggest me to go to RAMA ROAD service centre, then i go there, their service people were unable to understand what is exact issue, they are totally fool, then we talk to the service head Mr SAMEER, after having a conversation with him, he suggest us to put the bike in service center for few days then we said ok, after 2 days i go to collect my bike and on that time issue has sort out, when i asked them what is the issue, they said polythene bag was there means polythene fassa hua tha and i said ok no issue.
2 Again for 3 or 4 days same problem happen engine issue occurs again and i again go to showroom what the hell is this, they again suggest me to go service centre i said ok, then i again went there with the same issue still they don’t understand the issue this time again, having a word with Mr RAINA they have changed some part BREAK CALIBER, again the issue get sort out for few days after riding 100km ,still issue occurs again yesterday i went to showroom, again they are suggesting me to go service center.
This time i wont go there, this is totally pathetic bike the showroom sardar
SALES PERSON NAME-INDERJEET SINGH has given me the demo bike, having engine issue, handle issue, having many more issues its just a # bike they have sale me, its my hard earn money , i want my issue to be sort it out need the replacement because i have buy a new bike given them my hard earn money , not purchase the 2nd hand bike.
