Here is what I faced in last few days:
Bajaj Finance people call me daily asking requirement of personal loan. Yesterday they called me twice. I have been sayung no for last 5-6 days but each time a new person calls me.
I told the lady today that I am going to complaint and she hung up the phone. These guys do not even have courtesy to understand the pain and just ignores what the people are feeling. I mean I can understand that cold calling is a way of sales but you can’t call same person daily and ask for loan. Utterly unprofessional.
Getting too many unwanted calls from Bajaj Finance for loan offer – – please stop these irritating calls
I am Samtosh Kumar Chaurasia from kolkata, I have bought an A.C from one of reputed Store in Kolkata where i have met a Bajaj Finserve Executive who mold me to buy this A.C by Bajaj finance where you will get attaractive benefits.
I bought an AC by the same and got a SMS that i am eligible for an EMI Card with 150000/- Limit & Cash Loan Rs.191000/-( I have attach this SMS in attachments) where i have to pay around Rs.400/- for availing this. then i paid the same and i received EMIcard within 50days.
Now My sister is getting married in Novemeber’17 so that i required money from Bajaj finance kolkata branch, now they denied. they told me that its not possible. then i wrote a mail to [email protected] about this and got a positive reply that your EMI Card is eligible for Rs.75000/- CASH loan and you can avail from Bajaj finserve branch again i visit the branch and got negative response.
Now i am helpless so i can only say that they are making fool for Rs.400/- or if it is true then kindly disburse money to my Account no

First partners with iffy merchants. As I was not happy with the service I held back one EMI so that they can also feel my pain and help against the merchant by at least taking my side. What I found is Bajaj Finserv has hired goons and ruffians who come to your house and use the coarsest language possible. They shout on top of their voice to let know the entire neighbourhood that this guy is a multi million dollar criminal. Even threaten me with FIR and confisticating my air conditioner which I had boughy from the loan. Not a word against the rubbish merchant. These Bajaj Finserv people just want our money at all cost, they dont care about ethics and law. I am really was not expecting this from Bajaj brand. They have thrown all high court guidelines about collection agencies behaviour. I would not recommend anyone using Bajaj Finserv services. If somebody could file a suit against them, I will happily encourage and join it May this company become bankrupt tomorrow. Amen.
I don’t have any loans with Bajaj Finance, Moreover i don’t stay in india to take any loans from Bajaj finance. Today when i was accessing my Indian icici bank account i could see there was a deduction of 117 from bajaj finance. I want to know how they can deduct the without intimation and when i don’t have any loans from them. It may not be a big amount for me, but if i leave this issue without raising , in future they may deduct the big amounts.
Kindly sort this issue and refund my amount, before i take any serious action. A/c No. ############

I purchased a samsung J2 phone using Bajaj Finance EMI card. I have already made the payment in 6 installments and received the NOC as well. I have a coverage of more than a lakh. I went to a brand garment shop to buy some clothes and when I used it, it’s reflected that no balance on the account to buy anything. Ridiculously one adviser told me that the card was expired and need to sub,it all the docs again and fill up the KYC form. I went to the nearby Bajaj Finance Office and submitted all the docs. suddenly I received a call from the BF and adviser very rudely asked for the front page of my passbook as he is unable to recognize whether the cheque I have submitted is mine or not although there was my sign on the other page of the cancelled cheque. Before I could something to the adviser he disconnected the phone saying without the passbook I will not update your credentials. I raised a complaint and even got a call from Pune with assurance, it’s been now 4 week a!
nd received no communication from them. What an asshole company, they don’t guide you in right way to use the card or they don’t educate you about the problems you might experience later on.
Bajaj is deducting rs 117 from my father’s account for the past three / four years, whereas he doesnot own an EMI CARD!!! I have written to them 2/3 times but no action from their end. Such a fraud. Have taken step with consumer forum. Let’s see what happens!

An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of state bank of indiawithout any information. I don’t have any outstanding amount with this company. I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card ([protected]) that was send to my address was never applied nor requested by me still it landed up at my place. I totally don’t understand after 2+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

State bank of india a/c no 55116599673 has been debited by rs 117 on 26-10-2017.
Bajaj Finserv is Fraud Company check out below mentioned case and you can understand what they can do with you personal saving account. So my advice to all please think 200 times to go for bajaj for any kind of loan.
I had one loan from bajaj finserv by the 4010CD38626513 for which 2500 will be deducted every month from my PNB bank account and in December month my EMI got deducted 2 times from my bank account one EMI is on 7th December with and another is on 8th December with the same loan number. When I have called up on their customer care or marked them an email so their executive were saying sir no problem if 2 emi got deducted from your account so we will refund of one in your account but will be getting details from bank by 13th of every month so till then you send us your bank statement so that we can check. Today they are saying sir give us 4 days more to check.. I have sent them the statement which clearly shows emi got deducted 2 times but now they are not responding because it’s a fault at their part. How any company can deduct 2 emi in the same month when ECS mandate is signed by the customer and company also assured the customer that these is your instalment plan. It’!
s means they are breaking ECS mandate and can deduct any amount from bank with the loan reference. It’s a fraudulent activity what they are doing. Pathetic company with bullshit services.
