One of the staff of Easyday at jagadishpur dist howrah 711114 has no idea about hospitality. Today when i enter on that shop she started following us as we are thieves. We are the members of this bullshit.
When my mom asked her about one product she said go to the local shop there you can find your standard of products. Who is she to decide our standard?
She dont even know us.
She kept following us all over the store.
We know how to behave in any store like easyday.
She needs to check herself.
Today morning (25/04/2019), i went to purchase milk from the Easy day store, Una. When i went to get the milk packets billed i was informed that the discount card was not working due to some technical error. I requested them to do manual biling or to make the bill later on as per your convenience. The lady on the cash counter took the money from me and told me that she will do the billing after seeking the manager’s permission. Upon returning from the manager’s office she informed that the manager has refused to do manual billing or to take cash for later on billing. She suggested me to make a personal request to the manager. On her advice i went to the manager’s room and requested him the same, but he refused. I again insisted him that i have come from Jhalera (approx. 6kms away) and can’t come again but he still refused and said ,"mein kya karoon agar itni door se aye ho". I was left with no choice and had to go back home without milk. Upon ar!
rival at home i tried contacting the store on 83602-64945 (number on the website), but to my dismay it wasn’t working. The number of Jalandhar store was also given and i contacted them, they informed me that in such a situation we either have to do manual billing or provide door step delivery.
I sincerely request the concerned authority to take necessary action against that manager. Waiting for response,
I am your regular customer last six year. But I have seen many time that many of products are not available in your store. I am very disappointed from your service. Request you to please check your store and maintain your brand status..
This is regarding bad behaviour of easy day staff at Sarita vihar, Delhi store. Specially my shailendra shows high unprofessional attitude and doesn’t have ettquates to talk to male and female customers. He feels irritated if customer put queries regarding products and weight machine. His attitude is not acceptable.
Poor quality of chicken being sold .Broken leg pieces which shows that diseased dead chicken is being sold.I threw all chicken in Dustbin .The weight of full chicken is around 400-500 GMs showing that the broiler dead due to some disease is being supplied to outlet ,but it cannot be possible without involvement of staff. Never buy chicken from any easy day outlet
I have been buying groceries since last 1 year from here. Consistently the quality of chicken is very poor. Seems they store old stock which causes it to have a smell and taste differently. The staff at the non veg section is rude too. On being asked if the chicken is fresh or not he rudely replies his ignorance. The store manager hardly pays any heed on customer woes.
I plan to stop recommending easy day to ppl because of poor empathy and quality of products.

I would like to inform you and expect a quick action against the employees of EASY DAY STORE, SECTOR 2, VIKASNAGAR.. NAME RAJVEER, have experienced a very rude and unprofessional behaviour from him always. Other employees are also not congenial.
I am daily customer of Easyday hoshiarpur but today when I buy some item and need to use the Easyday saving card then your team
Asked for OTP then I wait for OTP for more than 10minutes but I don’t receive any OTP then I told them that I am your regular customer you all know me from last 1 year and I have all card details but I don’t have card with me that time but I have the card picture.They don’t accept my details and I think this is my last shopping from Easyday and I will send this msg to all social sites that they are fraud and also the behaviour is not good the customer. Specially Mr. Ajay easy day staff.
Now I will always ask my friend colleague and relative that never to waste your time and money in Easyday shops and choose some other option like more or local store to buy items.
