BrandFactoryOnline Issue of not taking return request

I’ve purchased goods on oct 13th and i’ve places return request for those orders through customer care they said the product will be taken back by 72hrs and you’ll get refund in 7working days till now not even a single person has come and collected the product. Please help me out of this

BrandFactoryOnline Refund not processed

I have placed an order with brand factory online on 2nd of August and it was shipped on 3rd August itself. But still it is in order shipped status only. I have contacted the customer service multiple times on this issue, I even spoke to the senior executive name Manasa. She has given me the assurance of the refund in a week on 14th August . But still there is no resolution yet . I again spoke to her on 22nd August she again told me the same wait for this week your refund will be processed for sure. But today also they are saying the same . I want my refund at any cost.

BrandFactoryOnline Took money not refunding

Hi this is Arindam Chaudhury. Brandactoryunline is the worst online e-commerce site. I have ordered a dress on 30 th june on order id 78200. I paid that time only. On 9 th july I called customer care where my shipment they told due to their fault they can not send the the item. On 9 th July it self I launched complaint about my money getting back on ref no-BF31902641813. I spoke with Asis, Umesh, Kamal, Divya every time they are taking 7 days to refund my money. Now today Divya again launched complaint and the ref no-BF31902923331. I told Divya to transfer the call to manager she told ok and then after holding the call for some time she hanged up the phone. It’s been a month Brandfactoryonline took my money. I want my money back. Today on 27 july when I called Divya told that all these days they have not initiated my money. So I am sure that those customer care people are scammers. I think I have to go to court for this. I have all the call recordings. Divya also told t!
hat Brandfactoryonline take 30 to 45 days to refund money. This is shameful act from Brandfactoryonline people. Give my money back as soon as possible. Really disappointed to purchase from hear
